Service was prompt and friendly. Our waitress, Natalia was great. When I asked if they had strawberry lemonade, she told us she could make some. Whatever she mixed up, it was possibly the best strawberry lemonade I've had.We thoroughly enjoyed our meal there.

Went here to celebrate with friends and family. The ambiance is great. The section we were seated in has a water fountain ⛲️, and the decor gave it a nice Mexican villa feel.Our waitstaff was beyond superb. She was very attentive and helpful with our selections of food and drinks.The food was good and flavorful, and the portions were great. You can't go wrong in my opinion.Parking: The parking lot is a little tight, but because of this, there seems to be enough parking for everyone. They also have plenty of handicap ♿️ parking availability too.

The experience was a smash hit after a good movie!! Me and the daughter had a good dinner and Flan for dessert ? The banana mango margaritas was the Bomb! Shared a wonderful meal with my daughter aunt and my daughters friends on her birthday tonight! Excellente!

PSA- an automatic minimum 18% gratuity will be added to your tab, and every other tab if several, at your table now. Whether your server comes back to refill your water or margaritas, or not. In my case, she brought one pitcher of water with the many other glasses and several margaritas right away and did not come back until I finally caught her walking by and asked for to go boxes. If we needed anything during our time there we would have had to wait to see when she came back or chase her or somebody down. We had four tabs. I don't appreciate being forced to pay 18% gratuity, neither did the rest of my party, regardless of the service you receive. After decades long tradition of birthday parties being had at Paradiso, we've agreed we'll be ending that now. I wish we had been forewarned about this change. Tipping is a worked for and earned based on service thing. But she knew the minute we were seated she was cashing out regardless. Shame. Maybe raise their pay amd don't put the responsibility/demand on the customer.
The food is a tex-mex style. It tastes fine for the most part. Although a bit bland. It's pretty easy to eat. Atmospheres is pretty generic mexican themes decor/music. I've been here a few time. Mainly for birthdays. The service has ALWAYS been good.

Came here for the bogo burritos. Service was terrible. We were only checked on once during the entire time we were there while other tables around us were getting chip and drink refills. When the food arrived the server just set our food down without asking who ordered what and when she set down the last dish it was completely wrong. I had mentioned to her that this wasn't what I ordered and she proceeded to walk away. Food was still good so we ate it since we didn't want to wait any longer than we already had. When the bill arrived, the pricing was all wrong and we had been over charged. I was finally able to flag down another server and she was able to adjust our bill.I hope Isabella is able to get better training
