Pho Delicious is one of those wonderful “hole in the wall” “best kept secret” kinds of places. They keep their menu small and simple with well executed staples. You don’t have to worry about what’s good because it all is. Their piping hot soups are the perfect meal to make a frigid Fargo day tolerable. May this small mom and pop soup shop live a long life keeping fargo residents warm.
