This was the first place I ever tried Pho and because of them it's one of my favorite foods now!! I moved away from Fargo-Moorhead but whenever I come back to town I always go back to Pho D'licious. The staff is always soo friendly, the prices are very reasonable, and the overall atmosphere is usually quiet and you can get in and out quick if you want.
The pho broth healed me spiritually and physically in this early winter climate. It was a top five bowl of pho that I’ve ever had. The spring rolls were similarly excellent. I’ll be back if I’m ever in Fargo again.
The food was very good. I fell victim to my own hubris by adding too much chili oil but I still ended up finishing the entire bowl.
The dining experience was clean, neat, and especially enchanting, considering there was a portrait of the important guy up on the wall. I genuinely felt blessed to be consuming such a wonderful meal. Definitely worth the money, and I will be eating here again.
