Pizza Hut in Fargo

“0/10 Worst experience ever! Ordered online and did not receive what I ordered. Called the first time and spoke to an employee who just said they no longer do those pizzas and hung up. So i called back to speak to manager trying to resolve the issue which he would not, instead told me this was a better deal and had all this stuff better which it didn't have anything he said. He didn't even know what kind of pizza I had ordered. Blamed new employees, said this was cheaper for them, etc, but it was not cheaper for me. He refused to tell me his name and cussed us when at this point I'm already aggravated. Telling us to to plz come up there. Awful management. All I wanted was what I paid for or a refund.That's it! He refused to do either. Never even offered a discount. Will definitely never get my business again. Probably should call if you don't have what somebody orders to make sure they are ok with the substitution like Marcos does before just giving them what u want and refusing to make it right when they are obviously not happy with it.“

“I thought I had already done a review for this store. I specifically wanted to compliment Ryan. I had been there a few times and he was always great. He even remembered me!!I came back to add to that review today so I could say how wonderful Loan was to me last night. I told him about Ryan and his response was simply that he thought the guy was the absolute best. That Ryan actually did care about their customers. Well, obviously, Logan does too. Really great people you have there Pizza Hut. Treat them well, they are keepers. Thank you guys!“

“We ordered 4 pizzas for my daughters birthday an Will was exceptional! The pizzas were perfect, hot, with plenty of cheese and toppings, ready right when we got there, and he even made sure that we got the best deal possible for our girls 7th birthday! 100% recommend and will be using them for all future parties!“

“Finally got a pizza that was perfectly made. Even tho it was a personal pizza (which I intentionally ordered to see how it represented the super supreme pan puzza) I was so impressed. Once I entered store to pay and found out who the manager was, it was of no surprise to see whom the current Mgr is. Please order from this store. You will not be disasitisfied.“
