The delivery guy is amazing. My kids jumped all over him as he greeted us at the front door with our pizza.

We ordered a pizza but it never came and Pizza Hut would not give us another one. Wings were ok not great. We called and they would not let us speak to a manager. Never again no wonder Pizza Hut is closing restaurants terrible customer service.
I thought I had already done a review for this store. I specifically wanted to compliment Ryan. I had been there a few times and he was always great. He even remembered me!!I came back to add to that review today so I could say how wonderful Loan was to me last night. I told him about Ryan and his response was simply that he thought the guy was the absolute best. That Ryan actually did care about their customers. Well, obviously, Logan does too. Really great people you have there Pizza Hut. Treat them well, they are keepers. Thank you guys!

it was a very busy night for them. my pizza was 15 minutes late but that's totally ok since the person working seemed to be on their own. honestly the best pizza I've had from them in a while. thank you so much for making the pizza!
There is no Pizza Hut at this location,
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Placed an order (30min wait time) and waited over an hour so we called. We were told that they never received it. False... we received confirmation. They called us back after another 30 mins (it has now been 1.5 hours after placing our order) and said that there was a mistake on their end and our order was accidentally cancelled. In the end we waited OVER 2 hours, we where NEVER offered a discount, we recieved OLD, DRY, COLD pizza, and the delivery driver did not carry any change! PIZZA HUT NEEDS TO STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND CLOSE THEIR DOORS.

I can see the time and effort you put in and I am definitely impressed. Who ever you are you deserve a raise! Im giving 4 stars to the person themself and a 1 star for the store. There are plenty of pizza hut stores but only that 1 person. Yo who ever you are don't give up. Keep on keeping on. I am a fan of yours now:)

Poor Customer Service
I called to make an order last week that I would pick up after grocery shopping, about an hour from first call placed. With the new impossible sausage? Who wouldn’t want to pick up a pie or two instead of cooking after battling through Walmart? So I place the order, she confirms all my specifications (we are a hard order to forget. No cheese?!).

Fast forward to the specified pick up time. Call from the parking lot to check in. Teenager on the phone takes a minute to find the correct order but confirms, “Oh I see it. We will bring it out when it’s ready!” Perfect. We are hungry. It is me and both girls, getting hangry and needing to pee soon. So after about 20 minutes or so, I call to see if there is a problem. It rings excessively. I continue to call and now it goes straight to the hold message. Another 10 minutes passes. And Another. Finally, I get the same teen and tell her that I checked in 40 minutes previously. She checks for the order and “can’t find it.” We go in circles of her putting me on hold, her going to ask the manage...another 10 minutes. I finally am told, “You must have called a different location. Place another order and we will make it when we can.” The manager of Pizza Hut had a teenage girl try and gaslight me into thinking I screwed up here. There was ONE NUMBER in my phone the entire time. This was not a mistaken identity. You gave some other, poor soul my cheeseless, meatless pizza. I wasted an hour of my life in the hopes I wouldn’t have to cook that night.
We use to buy the Big Box from Pizza Hut all the time but hadn't for a few years but since the coronavirus we've been doing takeout more. So yesterday we ordered a Big Box from this Pizza Hut. The marinara sauce was the worst I had ever tasted it runny and sweet and didn't even taste like marinara sauce, so we used ranch dressing on our cheese breadsticks. The cheese breadsticks were over cooked so couldn't even taste the cheese on them. The pasta sauce and pizza were good but not great by any means. We used curbside pickup and our order was brought within a couple minutes after we arrived. I added a couple items to the pizzas in the big box and I had to deerly and we never got the $1.50 extra we paid for on ne of the pizzas.
