If i could give this place 0 stars i would i had a bathroom emergency and they wouldn't let me use it even though i was picking up pizzas for a delivery. I said it was an emergency and she said it doesn't matter its only for our employees.

I placed an order online and I get a call saying they don't have it and they ended up charging me $30 for a thin crust pizza that looks like it had been sitting out for a month. Then a doordasher showed up with my pizza instead of Pizza Hut and he had no change so I ended up having to give him a $10 tip. Not doing that ever again and anyone I know I will recommend them do the same

Ordered… was notified when ready to pick up. Arrived and was told, “probably 15-20 mins.” I said you just sent me notification that my order is done, and she shrugged her shoulders and said, “don’t know what to tell ya” and turned around and walked away. Dropped food on floor that they just leave and keep stepping around, never did see a single person wash their hands once, even the ones showing up for work. They just put their AirPods in and started handling food.

The atmosphere was clean, and welcoming. The cashier( a young woman dressed like a bee) was very helpful helping me decide what to order. My food was hot and fresh. Overall customer service was fabulous! It could have been a little warmer temperature wise- the room was cold. Five stars!!

Took 1 whole hour longer then they said. Got the ultimate hot bundle. They messed up on every item but 1. wrong pizza, wrong breadsticks, missing sauces. Whole dinner ruined better get a full refund for this bs. Sat and watched workers tell some customers they were out of certain items or sauces and then proceed to give other customers the same items. Horrible service. I will never order here again.

Rude employees, I ordered a single pizza and breadsticks online and waited over an hour and kept getting told it would be 20 or more minutes each time or that there was 2 orders ahead of me. Would give 0 stars as they are more worried about getting door dash orders out. Definitely canceled my order

How can this location still be open?! Terrible service and timing on orders! When app says pick up in 15 min, I can understand maybe 20 min…. But sitting in the store waiting for 55 minutes is pretty ridiculous! It’s ALWAYS like this. Can anyone address this?!
On 10/09, they took 1-1/2 hours for my delivery. And I had company over. Very disappointing. I also felt very bad for the DoorDash driver that had to sit at the restaurant and wait all that time ...

I love how EXTRA sauce still yields NO sauce. Crust was so over cooked it was like a rock hard cracker that could cut your mouth open. Basically it was as dry as a bone and the crust was inedible. Pizza Hut really is the worst. I give up ever ordering from them again .
