was sent the wrong kind of wings. called and they said they would bring some new ones. never came after 1 hr so I called and they said they came but no one answered, false cause we were in the living room by the front door waiting, and said they called, false cause we had no missed calls on the phone. then was told they would not redeliver and we are out the food we ordered. pizza hut blows and will never order from them again.
Do NOT order from this place! Too late I’m guessing, that’s why you’re here. It sucks because I LOVE Pizza Hut, but this is by FAR my worst experience. Our order was 35 minutes late and I had to call customer service because the store refused to answer the phone. The first time I called CS the lady offered to give me a $3 discount. Seriously?! Ordered at roughly 6:15. Took 3 hours to arrive; wings were forgotten. Called about forgotten wings. No problem. 1 hour later, no wings, called back. Was told by the supervisor that they were not slated to arrive for an additional hour :: 5 hours after the original order was placed. This is apparently acceptable according to the supervisor (Shani), as "going out of order on tickets would confuse people."
