This Pizza Hut will charge you for stuff and then not deliver it to you. They also took an extra hour to deliver the pizza. Absolutely terrible service! Do not recommend! She tried to charge me again for sauce we did not get as well! Ordered a second time to see the price difference and it was cheaper the second time! When I called to sort it out she hung up on me.

The food was terrible. The pizza smelled and tasted awful, like vomit. It was exactly like when you verp and it goes up into your nose. I even tipped, so I really hope they didn’t vomit into the sauce. Could’ve been the little cupped pepperonis, but I couldn’t tell where the smell was coming from. We couldn’t eat it, and it was a total waste of money. The dogs did like it though so they were happy.

They messed up order and refused to fix asked her name because she was getting lippy asked for manager and no one was manager and everyone refused to say her name or who was the manager first pic that’s the extra pepperoni second pic is regular pizza both supposed to be well done but only one done right I’d stay clear of this store while I was in there the were messing orders up and not even making some orders

Once again this is the third time I tried to buy pizza from this place to have a delivered and got pond off to DoorDash never showed up I waited for DoorDash 45 minutes called Pizza Hut lady was really polite and said it had been delevered probably won't never order a pizza from this establishment again

Get there to pick up my order of bread sticks i ask them for more seasoning on them because they failed to cover them evenly. I was told they'd charge me for a whole shaker and couldn't fix their mistake. And then also told me to enter it next time on the app even tho the app does not include a section to enter that while also it shouldn't be my responsibility to enter extra seasoning just so they can do their job and evenly cover it. Only making this because she was very rude and trying to charge me for a whole bottle of seasoning

The lady taking the order couldn't pay attention to anything that I said. It took a solid 10 minutes to order one pizza, and even then, I didn't get the correct order. She didn't listen to any information I gave her, writing my name wrong and I don't even think she got my phone number correct after 5 tries.

This branch will no longer be supported by myself or the 4 other people we dined with last night. I unfortunately do not have a name to associate with this, but the same person who took over 5 minutes to clarify the number of pizzas we wanted, then managed to take the order incorrectly. “We would like one large meat lovers, and with the coupon we have it says we get a free medium with purchase, so we would like that one with pepperoni”. So a large pepperoni and a large meat lovers awaited us over a half hour later (quoted 20 minutes). Instead of the issue being resolved by the same person from the phone call, they made matters worse. The solution they came up with was to make a third pizza… A medium pepperoni. So we paid for 2 large pizzas to get 1 free medium. As someone who works in the customer service (and pizza) industry, my solution would have been to simply give us both larges and call one the free medium. Simply to get the matter over and done with! Instead the entire process of picking up and returning with dinner, took over an hour. Should have been 30 minutes including drive time. Pizza Hut on 13th is awful, one pizza was burnt, and they have 0 customer skills. Should have gone to Deek’s.

If I could give zero stars I would our food was cold to touch burnt pizza and under cooked chicken. Delivery the box was opened and it was totally horibble service all around When we called to get a refund they said they refunded us never did contacted online service said I would see a refund again didn't at this point pizza hut at this location is super shady DONT BUY FROM THEM.

we waited an hour for the food and called 4-7 times before someone answered to tell us they didn’t read the instructions to call when here and said they couldn’t get in the building and didn’t call to tell us anything. told them to just cancel and refund and they said ok then called 10-15 min later saying they were at my house with the order and it was cold and tasteless!!!! HIGHLY disappointed!!!

Delivery Tarvern style pepperoni pizza. The best crust I've ever had on a delivery pizza. The food was prompt and hot. The delivery driver was extremely pleasant. An overall great exeperience.

The black driver is super friendly and funny. My kids were excited when he got to my door and greeted us with our pizzas. Even our dog jumped up and greeted him. He is so cute. Hopefully, he has this aura on every customer he delivers too
