I visited the Pizza Hut at 6838 Alamo Pkwy, San Antonio, TX 78253 and placed an in-store order for four of the $2 personal pan pizzas. I chose to wait inside, expecting to be called once my order was ready.
After 20 minutes with no update, I approached the manager—only to find out my order had been sitting in the warming tray the entire time. No one called my name or let me know it was ready. To make matters worse, I overheard the manager yelling at staff about communication issues, which didn’t make the experience any better.
I rarely order from Pizza Hut, especially since they don’t deliver to my area, and this visit reminded me why. If customers are waiting inside, basic communication is essential. A simple name call could have avoided this entirely.

0/10 Worst experience ever! Ordered online and did not receive what I ordered. Called the first time and spoke to an employee who just said they no longer do those pizzas and hung up. So i called back to speak to manager trying to resolve the issue which he would not, instead told me this was a better deal and had all this stuff better which it didn't have anything he said. He didn't even know what kind of pizza I had ordered. Blamed new employees, said this was cheaper for them, etc, but it was not cheaper for me. He refused to tell me his name and cussed us when at this point I'm already aggravated. Telling us to to plz come up there. Awful management. All I wanted was what I paid for or a refund.That's it! He refused to do either. Never even offered a discount. Will definitely never get my business again. Probably should call if you don't have what somebody orders to make sure they are ok with the substitution like Marcos does before just giving them what u want and refusing to make it right when they are obviously not happy with it.

suasana kurang tertib, krn orang2 dari gojek berkerumun didepan kasir, sehingga mengganggu suasana di ruang resto. sebaiknya utk pembelian via gojek dibuat jalur khusus. jgn campur aduk.

Fiz um pedido no app, com pagamento online. App não processou o pagamento de imediato, sistema cancelou meu pedido e posteriormente o pagamento foi processado e lançado no meu cartão, sem que o pedido tenha sido concluído

I did not realize I was missing the pan crust from pizza hut. Tried other pizza stores pan crust and was not totally satisfied. Back in the 90's there was a pizza hut in Mayville, ND. I was coming from Hope, ND to do shopping and we would get pizza hut. Back then they had a garlic white sauce as a option and it was fabulous! The garlic sauce is not quite like it but close enough for me.

Delicious.Online order was delivered quickly.reasonably priced.pizzas were still hot.Friendly delivery driver.Definitely Recommend.

My pizza never arrived, nobody answered the phone and when i used the chat on their website the person was rude and did not do A SINGLE THING. Horrible customer service, it shouldn't even exist.
