I ordered a pizza on the Pizza Hut app in December 2025. I came to pick my pizza up and the young lady at the window told me they must have accidentally given mine away. She said she would remake it. I sat in my car for 15-20 while the pizza was being made. I then picked up the pizza and drove home. Once home, I opened the box and it was not the pizza that I had ordered. I called back to the store to see if they would make me the correct pizza and deliver it. She said they could not as they did not have a driver. The weather outside was awful so I did not want to go back out. I sent a comment through the Pizza Hut app and they informed me that the manager would get back to me within a few days. Life gets busy and I realized several weeks later that no one had ever tried to contact me. No one has contacted me to this day. This is really disappointing as I have had very good service in the past prior to this experience. I would say service on that day was definitely 2 thumbs down.
Great location, fast and easy service. Upon pick up the staff was very friendly pizza was done on time. Location is very clean. Pizza was hot and good as expected.

Great pizza and quick service!! Quick drive up to the drive thru window and pizza is ready to go after ordering online. Everyone is friendly and pizza and breadsticks are always good!!
