The staff seemed very unorganized, lacking time management skills and unable to operate as a team. While the cashier just stood there chatting up customers and also with co-workers, a single employees was putting the take-out, dining-in and pick-ups such as doordash. She was spread way too thin, unable to keep up and we're waiting over 15 min for 2- 2pc combos. Meanwhile at least 2 employees in back we're standing around doing nothing but leaning against their station shaking their heads and laughing cracking jokes and making remarks under their breath. To top it off now 18 min into our order they inform us there's no legs and offered a substitute or spicy legs were an option. My daughter got 2 sides of redbeans and rice when she asked for mashed potatoes and gravy and mac and cheese. We weren't given our drink cups, napkins or honey that we asked for or plastic ware. IT was a to go order. I love Popeyes, the food is good but I am extremely unhappy with the service. In 1985 Popeyes was my 1st and only fast food restaurant I ever worked at and Popeyes had pride, we were held to a higher standard. This was a disappointing experience especially after how much I talked up Popeyes to my daughter prior to our visit

I was having issues with my card and it was a minor fix.The girl in the drive thru window has a nasty attitude and poor customer service. Three days in a row she had bad customer service. Instead of the manager asking me what's going on he refused me service and didn't care that she rolled her eyes and threw the card reader and slammed the window twice after I asked her what was her issue because she have this same attitude every time I come through the drive thru.I didn't say anything the first two times I even told her to have a good day.The day before that she handed me my food with missing food and I had to go inside to get it then it was just handed to me with the box opened as if they didn't care. If they don't want to work customer service they need to pick a new job because she caught me on a bad day.

It was extremely busy (12:30 p.m.), but those folks were working hard to ensure all orders were correct and food kept coming. I just don't like the small area you need to stand for order. In the way of pop machine and other stuff.

I got me a strawberry lemonade today and this is what happened this is what I found in my drink can someone please explain what this is when I poke it with a stick it’s slimy but thick skin on it roommate says it looks like a leech that is very very disturbing and still haven’t been able to reach a manager at this point idc for a refund I want ppl to be careful and check your foods and drinks I’ve been coming to this location for a month or two straight idk how many more of these I’ve prob swallowed.

The food was delicious as usual, except my Mac 'n cheese was overdone, it was curdling. The unfortunate part was the 32 minute wait for food due to the lone lady at the front not knowing how to expedite food. This is the first time I've had this poor of service at this Popeyes 😕. I'll be back, but if I see her there again, I will be turning around and going elsewhere
Extremely slow. We ended up asking for a refund and leaving. We waited in line for 10 minutes to order, then waited 15 minutes for food, then were told it would be another 10 minutes. We thought Popeyes was fast food but I guess not. This is at 12:15 over lunch. You'd think they'd have plenty of chicken ready to go, but obviously very poorly managed. Only 1 person actually got food during that whole time we were there. I have no idea how they even stay open if they serve food at that pace. Very disappointing!

closed 20 minutes early???? so when my order got stolen and they closed before they figured out to remake it????? i placed the order AN HOUR AND A HALF before close. its not my fault someone stole it but it is your fault that you closed 20 minutes early for no reason. i was supposed to get my food 45 minutes ago
