Dear owner, You have money to buy a sign that tells me. Your drive-thru is closed, but you can't pay somebody to be there? Yeah, I look over in the drive through window area and see 5 employees standing around doing nothing. I get if there's nothing to do. You can stand around, but if you have that many people, you can run a drive through.

This is not a real Popeyes.the drive-through is closed .the staffing sucks.it's just another restaurant .good luck getting in there .bad location.

came to pick up doordash order; they were busy, so i had to wait around for several minutes before they were able to talk to me—understandable. but then when i told them the name on the order, they looked at the ticket for the first time and just started the order. they used to have a pickup area where orders were always ready and waiting. they obviously prioritize in house orders and ignored the pickup order until i was already there to pick it up, wasting my time (losing me money) for a job that already barely pays anything.

Ordered spicy and did not get spicy. The cashier was extremely rude and not listening to my order and even though I repeated the order several times she still did not get it right. The customer service was very bad. It was the cashier's first day and none of the other employees were there helping her and training her properly and causing her to get not only my order wrong but several other customers orders wrong

Found a good amount of plastic in my mac and cheese after eating just a little bit of it. My friend got the same mac and cheese and had no issues. Love me some mac and plastic for lunch YUM YUM!!!!?Dietary restrictions: If your dietary restrictions include plastic, wouldn’t recommend the mac and cheese ?

got food to go in the drive thru, paid and was told to pull up cause they’re waiting on food to finish. watched 8 different people go inside, get their food and leave and still didn’t get my food 35 minutes later. absolute
Had the two pieces #4 combo spicy chicken with Mac and cheese and a sweet tea. Everything was excellent with the food.My husband had hot spicy chicken wings for 6 for $5.99 with ranch dressing dip and a cup of water. He said they were spicy, but not extremely hot. They were very good.The wait time was a bit of a while, but I think it was because they had to make the wings to order. Which is no biggie. I asked the lady behind the counter who gave us our food for Blu cheese dressing and honey and she said we don't have either of those things. Which I think is ridiculous, they do carry honey, but I am not sure on the Blu cheese dressing. Personally I don't think she wanted to give me the time of day. The gentleman behind the cashier was very polite and courteous. The location was clean in the sitting area. The atmosphere was nice with Cajun music playing, and it reminded me of New Orleans. Also great sweet tea.
Staff was courteous and very professional. Thank you. Food tasted fantastic I brought it to work in Gwinner ND and kept it in a hot bag for about 4 hours. Still was delicious.
