I ordered from Potbelly twice now. Each time I have ordered caramelized onions on my sandwiches and I keep getting raw onions. If you aren’t going to cook them to caramelization then take it off your menu.

Food was excellent, definitely my new go to sandwich shop and one of best sandwich shops in town, in my own personal opinion.
Was able to customize almost everything including simple things like salads and soup, good place for those trying to stick to a particular diet or eat a little healthier.
Service was also quick and helpful, got drive thru pickup and was barely in the line for a full five minutes.

I used to love going to this sandwich shop but now lately it’s either finding hair in my food or have my sandwich cold when delivered or way overcooked. I will not be going there anymore 😔

Whoever was working at 6pm on 5.30.25 needs training in customer service. Staff was pretty rude and tried to ignore me whenever I tried to talk to them. They also messed up my sandwich big time and it took forever to be made. Said my sandwich would be ready at 630. I didn't get it until 650... they would make everyone's sandwich that ordered after me before me even though I placed my order first and was waiting 40 minutes

Meh. When we walked in we had high hopes. Smelled great and the menu looked delicious. The sandwiches were incredibly messy and the vegetables were flavorless. The bread was crumbly. The loaded baked potato soup was thin. Pretty disappointed overall.

I was just telling my husband that we’ve never had a poor experience! Potbelly’s is very reliable with food and great customer service!! I can always count on this place to make my order correct every time. The sandwiches, the cookies, the shakes (which I just tried for the first time here yesterday and wow it was amazing!!) Thank you guys!
Great sandwich shop apparently out of Chicago. Apparently, though, the syakes are awesome. We enjoyed the Wreck, a salad, and kids' pbj. The line (we were part of a group at exactly the lunch hour) moved reasonably quickly. Food was served quickly considering time of day and our group size. Several locals were also served, so overall, very efficient. Every menu item that we ordered was top notch in quality (toasty items warm, salad cool) and amount of food (everybody got full). Standard sodas plus specialty juices (strawberry dragonflies, for example) at the fountain. Voodoo chips.

Not the best experience for celiac/gluten free folks. They do not offer gluten free bread, but they can put your ingredients in a salad bowl. Seemed like much less food than a typical sandwich, but they still charge you for the full amount :( Will not be going back as a dairy and gluten free customer. Food is really great if you don't have allergies!
Dietary restrictions: Can get a bowl if you have a gluten allergy, but you get less food and are charged the same as a sandwich.

I'm a long time Potbelly fan, service is usually consistent and food is usually great!
I went this past Friday through the drive-thru, and service was poor. I ordered the skinny sandwhich and soup pair, and sat at the drive-thru window for a good 10-15mins waiting. Which wouldn't have been a problem, I understand places get busy. The issue was I got 0 acknowledgment the entire time. No "sorry about the wait it'll be x amount of time" no greeting, nothing. Kept waiting and waiting and waiting with nobody coming to the window. I eventually just drove off without paying which I've never had to do before.
Usually love coming here, though! Must have been an off night unfortunately.
