Quaint establishment with live music, bar, friendly people, sing alongs, and great Mead. Owners are great! Good conversation and mead knowledge. Try the ginger Mead with lemon sour.
What can we say about an awesome Meadery. The flavors of many of their Meads are unique, and as my wife said, it has to be the North Dakota Honey! Plus they have partnered with the local distillery to create some barrel aged meads that are flat out amazing and unique!
What a wonderful find for us when we visited Fargo for the annual marathon. The owner was so welcoming and taught us a lot about mead. Creative and fun flavor profiles to try. He even made us a special cocktail that used mead to take it to another level. Definitely put this on your to do list when in the area. If I wasn’t traveling via airplane with a carry-on, I definitely would have purchased a few bottles.
