As a person who works in the mall, I have to say pretzel maker is my go-to! Lisa and her team has been nothing but absolutely amazing to me and my team and we are so thankful to have them in the mall! Not only is their food absolutely incredible, they are so clean and organized and always keeping busy to keep everything looking good and fresh! Also they just came out with a new breakfast item and it is sooooo incredibly yummy! 10/10 would recommend!

The pretzels here are fantastic! They are super fresh and seasoned to perfection. My only gripe is the price. $10 for a small pretzel bites is just too steep to enjoy on a regular basis. This location is also very clean and the customer service is exceptional.

Had the nastiest experience with Sage this afternoon. Super rude, impatient, and cussing at the counter. Food was good though.

The menu behind the counter says Large pretzel bite order comes with a cup of cheese. So I ordered an extra. When my order showed up there was only one cheese and the driver said they told him “she only paid for one”. Either change your menu board so you’re not a lying thief or hold up to what your sign says.

As always pretzels were delicious, staff were friendly, and place was clean.

Terrible service, gave me the wrong order and told me to re-order. Will never willingly go to this place.

Takes forever

Great employees there and their pretzels ate amazing. Get the garlic pretzel bites with Tex Mex (pizza sauce with nacho cheese) and you will be in heaven.

I hope the assistant manager knows that touching on your phone the whole time while preparing the food will cause a lot of cross contamination :) phones are nasty, everyone knows that.

Pretzel was fine but assistant manager was handling phone while making pretzels and didn't ever change gloves.

Unless you like sopping up all the butter and salt on an order that you specifically said no butter or salt go somewhere elsw

Food is decent, but the prices for chunks of cooked dough are outrageous

Completely overpriced at $11 for ONE pretzel.
