Pretzelmaker

As somebody who's been going to pretzelmaker at least two times a month for the past three years, I can tell you that they're actually amazing and its such a pleasant experience! The pretzel bites are always so fresh and fluffy, and the full pretzels are also a great option, and typically my go-to order. I got their new sugar cookie blender today, and it was also just so good, definitely recommended. The employees are always extra friendly, and they always help to make my visit very pleasant. Definitely check them out next time you're in the mall 😂

Having kids, we go to the mall more frequently than we normally do. While they’re pretzel dogs are delicious, it’s insane that it’s $20 to get one single order of dogs and a drink, especially when the employees are unprofessional. Rap music blasting, employees finishing up their texts on their phones before taking our order, bad attitudes . We visit the mall probably twice a week, this place maybe once a month instead of every visit now.

I’ve been going to Pretzel Maker in West Acres my entire life. My go to order is a large lemonade and pretzel bites with cheddar cheese. It never misses. I will go to the mall to get PM and not even shop!!
Bonus points if my favorite pretzel queen Lisa is there!!!
Within the last couple years, the store has really improved its appearance and vibe! The bright colors and friendly workers elevate the environment! Highly recommend checking it out next time you’re at West Acres!!!

A lot of the pretzels looked burned, I'm not sure they're even pretzels if there's a step missing with some baking soda.

Maybe it was an off day but for a store centered around pretzels, holiday gas stations have better pretzels/pretzel sandwiches for less money.

The Espresso blended mocha is worth the $9.00 charge! The size of the drink is more like a large, with actual espresso in it. You definitely get what you pay for. Where as, the $9.00 coffee moxie Java overcharged me for last weekend…, was more like a small, and not very good.

I ordered a pretzel and it was very dry and hard. When I asked an employee if they make them fresh she visibly rolled her eyes before admitting that they sometimes “sit in the warmer for a while.” To be fair she did offer to make a new but given her reaction and my own time constraints I told her not to worry about it. I won’t be coming back, which is a bummer because their pretzels used to be pretty great!

Went this morning, before noon. The little snobby guy who took my order needs a better attitude and the little old crabby lady who I asked politely if she could put a little extra parm cheese on my prerzel.... welp.... thr pretzel was old skinny and burnt and there was hardly any parm at all!!!! Oh and also, I asked if I could get a bag to go.. oh I got attitude about that too.

Haven't been to a pretzelmaker since I was a kid. I gotta say alot has changed, no more full sized pretzels? Food was old and didn't taste very good. Sad times.

Today I had ordered an eight piece hot dog pretzel bite with no salt. Paid $9.25 for it so that's what I expect to get. They made my food and before they handed it to me two girls were having a conversation. One of them quickly turned and I saw a piece fall from the cup and land on the ground. The one who dropped the piece looked at the girl she'd been talking to and they clearly had a conversation about what they should do. They decided to not own up to what happened and just handed me my food.

I gave the girl the option to correct this by asking if everything was alright and she said yes. Looking behind the counter though I clearly saw the pretzel bite on the ground. I didn't want to cause a scene so I didn't say anything and just decided to leave a review because this is ridiculous. They knowingly decided not to give me what I paid for. They should've at least told me the situation and given me the option to wait while they remade it, but they didn't even do that. They just decided to lie and cheat me out of my money. And yes I counted and there were only seven pretzel bites in my cup.

Also, my pretzel bites were salted. Not the biggest issue but after experiencing everything else it was just the sour cherry on top of a terrible situation that should've never happened.

Great Service and Delicious Food. Lisa and her Team are Amazing...

The food is delicious! I recommend the italian and parmesan bites with the pizza sauce or tex Mex sauce. The employees are always very polite, and the place is clean. I usually get my food pretty quickly considering how big the line can be sometimes, and it's always fresh and tastes great! Very recommended!
