As a person who works in the mall, I have to say pretzel maker is my go-to! Lisa and her team has been nothing but absolutely amazing to me and my team and we are so thankful to have them in the mall! Not only is their food absolutely incredible, they are so clean and organized and always keeping busy to keep everything looking good and fresh! Also they just came out with a new breakfast item and it is sooooo incredibly yummy! 10/10 would recommend!
The pretzels here are fantastic! They are super fresh and seasoned to perfection. My only gripe is the price. $10 for a small pretzel bites is just too steep to enjoy on a regular basis. This location is also very clean and the customer service is exceptional.
It was okay, I had a taste for pretzels and found this place while shopping at the mall. 1st issue but not Pretzel maker's problem, the guest in line behind me was standing " with" me, not behind me.. After 1 time of moving up in line, I politely asked " could you please give me some space".. she looked at the ground to see the signs of safe distance and responded "oh ya" what??!! Anyway, gentleman who took my order was a little rude with attitude...
