Really outstanding quality of their alcohol at a very good price. Just found out they do gin classes and I will definitely be going to the next one. Very friendly and happy to meet you. I will be stocking their products in my home bar.
BEST COLORADO BULLDOGS IN THE CITY! Also all the drinks are really tasty and made with the liquor they produce in-house. This is the only craft distillery in the city and one of two in the state of ND.
I wrote a review of Proof a couple of years ago. We went pretty regularly for a while but had not been there in quite some time. We have rediscovered Proof. The atmosphere is still great. The food is amazing. The drinks are super. I cannot say enough about the staff. They go out of their way to make every evening special!
