Should probably give out good customer service if you are going to request 5 stars. Waited for 4 mins in front to order while no one acknowledged me while they were putting food out. 3 people and not one welcomed me as I was the only one in line. The African girl with long braids was intentionally being rude and kept turning her back to me as I was paying. So I stood there waiting for her to hand me my food that was already prepared. She forgot the guacamole. The guy put it in a container right away and she turned around and started doing something else even though she saw him do that. So I had to wait again. Only for her to rudely toss it in the bag like I was inconveniencing her. Very condescending.

This particular establishment was extremely dirty. I went there around 2pm. We were the only ones there, and we had trouble finding a place to sit. All the tables were trashed and dirty. The garbage cans were overflowing as well
Qdoba saved the day! After another restaurant lost the catering order for my mother's 70th birthday party, I called Qdoba and spoke with the manager. She was helpful and friendly. They were able to put together catering for 15 ready to be picked up in less than an hour. It included food, bowls, serving pans and utensils, everything we needed. Thank you Qdoba for saving the day!

I came here to grab takeout because I was really hungry, so I ordered online. It took quite awhile for staff to make my order once I got there, which doesn't bother me normally. However, once I got it home, it was missing all of the toppings that I ordered, which was about 8 ingredients. It only had the sauce, meat, and rice, and what I got was cold. I still like this place but I was really disappointed with this order and I hope it doesn't happen again.
