Care more about online orders and make you wait for a long time before they even acknowledge you while continuing to make the online orders. The food was good but the service was subpar. Though I did come at 11 maybe they were overwhelmed with online orders or under staffed.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We were the only people in line and had zero interaction with any employee. Not one person acknowledged us for quite some time. We walked out, still no acknowledgment. There were at least 4 employees working. What’s the point of having a restaurant?

Stopped at qdoba for dinner tonight. The whole team was friendly and did a great job! Food tasted great! Shout out to the manager the tills were down and she was calm and collected and lead her team well. 10/10 great job guys!

So I work nights, and i usually take my lunch around 7-8pm. I love the food here, and usually I have good experiences, I always order on the app and leave work so I have time in my 30 minute lunch to drive and pick up my order right when it gets done as the time states. The estimate I got was 8:04-8:14, I arrived at 8:10ish. Said I had a mobile order, and was told it was being worked on, fine. 5 minutes pasted and I can see it’s started. I finally got my order 8:20 with 5 minutes left on my lunch. The lady who bagged my order was using her arms to open the plastic bag put my 2 paper bags into, really lost my appetite after that. I would’ve gotten through the line in the time that it took to get my order. Will still be coming back but very upset.

Cold food ,dirty tables, sticky ,slippery floors ,overflowing garbages, filthy bathroom, no paper towels in dispenser just set on dirty counter.. Now bathrooms are for both sexes , so men can pee on the seat, disgusting. Will never go back .

ordered a pickup order 5 hours in advance only to show up and be told after 15 minutes of waiting for the order (showed up on time) they were completely out of everything i ordered. asked for a refund and the employee was mad at me? i didn’t even get to eat my food…

I come here often as it’s close to work and home and I will order the same two bowls I create, now the past few visits I’m a confused/annoyed as when I get home after picking up my order the food I paid more for specifically to have way more food in it has a noticeably high amount of everything I paid for missing yet I’m still charged extra…. Do I just be grateful that I got my food or I bring up it’s annoying to pay for more and get child serving? What would you do?
