My son ordered the steak and lobster special. He ordered medium rare, but the steak was medium so he sent it back. The cook tried to tell the waitress that the steak was medium rare. So she brought another steak and it was blue rare. Definitely not what he ordered. So I ordered the ultimate feast and noticed 3 black hairs in my butter. Told the waitress. I was using my son's butter and there was a long black hair in there like an inch long. Disgusting. The manager came over apologizing but said the butter must of separated. My son told him he knows a hair when he sees one. I told him about both butter cups had hair. Yuck. The manager comped our meals but we will never go there again. The waitress was a sweetheart she didn't want to take a tip but I told her take it you work hard. It's not your fault the kitchen staff is messing up. The host wasn't very friendly when we walked in. We were very disappointed with our experience at the Fargo Red Lobster.

Joselyn sat us and when offered a booth that I knew I wasn't able to get in & out of comfortably, she very politely made other arrangements when I said it wouldn'twork. She looked passed my size & only saw me as a customer. Kendall was our server & she was perfect. She was prompt, politely, smiling, & most importantly didn't interrupt me & my husband. Thank you ladies for making our date night so very special. The food was excellent as expected.

The service was amazing at the Fargo, ND location. The food was delicious and hot and so good. We were celebrating a birthday and it was the perfect meal!

Lane was a wonderful waiter! Great sense of humor. If you’re lucky enough to get him for your waiter please leave him a big tip because he’s in nursing school. The food was very good. Salads were fresh. So much food that we had to get take-out boxes. No complaints here!!

I understand why Red Lobster is hanging by a thread. They just are not what they used to be.

The place is very nice and comfortable.
The food is great, but the fries are a little spicy for the kids, so remember to ask for regular fries without the spices if your kids don't eat spicy food.
The staff are very polite and friendly.
The fries were spicy for our kids, so they were so nice to replace the fries for free.

It just doesn't make any sense to me, how on earth could a restaurant expect a $36 tip when we were only there to eat for a mere 45 minutes? I'm truly baffled, because it wasn't some grand, hours-long dining experience; we were in and out, and yet somehow that short visit warranted a gratuity that feels utterly disproportionate. My mind keeps circling back to the fact that I don't even make $36 an hour myself, so to be asked for that much just for a quick bite, it just... what even is that based on? It honestly leaves me absolutely bewildered, wondering what cosmic calculation led to such an astronomical request for such a brief encounter.

Sorry I could have made a better sea food boil at home

Heard lot about this restaurant, went for a Lunch with family nothing special just a price hack, first and last time never go again.

We hadn't been to Red Lobster in YEARS and we were nearby so decided to stop. The restaurant was clean and the food was very good. The service, the service was impeccable! Lisa was so kind and took the best care of us!
