Fantastic everything grinders with Colby. The bread is always squishy and delicious. The staff is always nice and helpful. Usually a wait at lunch..... But its worth it! One of the best Sandwich shops in town. You won't be disappointed.
Simple taco, tostada, taco salad, and nachos that are gluten free! There is gluten in the bulding but mostly seperate! The staff was conscientious and knoweledgable if cross contamination. I liked the overall taste!
My wife recognize the name of this place as one she had eaten at as a teenager and we stopped in for dinner with the kids. Staff was helpful in explaining the someone unique food (at least from my perspective coming from Arizona). It is a party tex-mex place and partly a hoagie/grinder sandwich place.
