Very cute shop! We were traveling and stopped here for some cold brew. Owner was very welcoming and friendly! Good coffee!

This is not a business. This is a club house. They beg the public for money 5 times a year. They claim to welcome everyone. As a person of color I've never felt so unwelcome in a business my entire life. They don't have an espresso machine. What coffee shop doesn't have an espresso machine. They got kicked out of their old location for refusing to pay rent. They received a 20k donation to re open during covid. They pocketed every cent. Now They don't open until 2pm? Who wants their morning coffee at 2pm? The red raven used to be an amazing spot for the community & artists. Comedy night was their best selling night. But they bullied them out of there because the content didn't fit their agenda. These people who have no idea how to operate a business have ruined a once thriving coffee shop.

I have tried this place many times. I have had decent customer service from only two people there ever. The place is dirty, smells, with old uncomfortable furniture. Drip coffee is always lukewarm so I order espresso which is fair. Certain baristas do not want you to watch them make the drink which is not professional. Just not a great place. Too much drama.

Can’t get anyone to answer any of my calls to their store… the voice message system then asks me to give it a pin or press pound to leave a VM. Can’t leave a voicemail because it says it doesn’t recognize my phone number. I looked online and no other phone number but that one and I have messaged them. I will delete this as soon as they get back to me…
