Easy to use online ordering, fast preparation. The store was very clean with sodas, cookies, etc. well stocked. Pizza was ready right on time for pickup. Staff was friendly. Food reminded me of what you would get at a bowling alley in a small town in Minnesota in the 1990s but better. The pull tabs are a cute touch.

The front counter had the prettiest Savoy employee I'll tell you this she was a terrible flirt, by the time I ordered my favorite sandwich I didn't even remember I was hungry, wouldn't you know it,I also ordered way to much, but it wasn't the worst thing I ever did for a beautiful smile, Chelsey was her name.
Do not ever order from this place. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered from them and they deliver their own pizzas but you order on DoorDash. I ordered over $40 of food only to be called later saying they didn’t have a driver and could I do pickup. I said no, I was in a hotel. The then told me I would be refunded the payment in 3-5 days. Turns out they completed my order on DoorDash which means I can’t even get a refund. Now I can’t get them to answer the phone or return my messages. Worst restaurant ever.

We were really looking forward to our Savoy's order and it never showed up. Very disappointed after a long day of shopping! I love their pizza and made the mistake of recommending it to our group where half of them had never tried it. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from the Fargo location again. Terrible customer service.

We ordered a delivery order and never rec'd it. We started calling about 1 hour after placing order and they never took our phone call again. We were in Fargo for the weekend, staying in a hotel, and very disappointed in not getting our order. Will not order from them again.

This pizza place is incredible, every bite is packed with flavor, but the real star is their sauce: rich, tangy, and perfectly seasoned. Hands down one of the best pizza experiences I’ve ever had!!!
Gave this place a few chances but I’m done. Last pickup took over an hour and the pizza still came out cold. Crust was stiff like it’d been sitting in a box for a while, and the sauce was weirdly spicy but tasted more like ketchup than anything savory. Staff didn’t say much, just handed it over like I was interrupting something. The older man (manger I would guess) stood nearby and rambled, but also he just kind of stared at my teenage daughter the whole time. Super awkward, and I will not be bringing my family back. I don’t know who runs the place but this felt professional. There are way better options in town. I’ll take my chances elsewhere.
