Waitress wasn't very personable and rushed us. Ran out of water twice, and the food was so greasy. Potato skins we just cups of grease. Literally gushed grease when bit into. Burger bun that should've been lightly buttered and grilled was soggy. Meat was med rare and also seemed to be flat grilled in a puddle of vegetable oil. Felt nauseous afterwards. Second time here. Last time here. First time have the catfish a try. If you're thinking the same, dont. Dirty and again greasy. Soggy breading.

Atmosphere and service was what you would expect from a national chain. The food however was very sub par. This place has completely given up. I think they know they are on the way out and just don't care. The food tasted like it was all cooked on a dirty grill top and fried in old rancid oil. Do better

Our family went in for the Monday daily special which was no where to be found on any hard copy of the menus provided. So, we went off of what we remembered from the website, no assistance from the staff. We ordered 3 smash burgers and fries that came with a salad bar for $9.99. I ordered the limited time special burger, tots, and salad bar for $12.99 and a grilled cheese and fries for our son who doesn’t like burgers. A few minutes passed and the waitress returned and stated they do not offer that burger with the Monday special. Ok, so I asked what burger options were available. I settled on the double American smash burger. The salad bar had decent but limited options, the first plates we grabbed were wet and had some unpleasant residue. After sitting down with our salads, our food was delivered about 3 minutes later. The 3 single burgers all were ordered with fries but one had tots when it arrived, after asking if we could have fries, the waitress was extremely rude and stated multiple times we did not order all fries. My burger came as a Swiss burger with onions, for the sake of avoiding yet another customer service issue I ate it even though it was not what I ordered. My daughter would not eat the burger it was so burnt and the other burgers were very charred. As we seldom eat out due to having a large family, this experience was the worst one since living in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Whoever is hiring or training the staff needs to be reevaluated. Why argue with customers? Even if the customers ordered something else, should a waiter/waitress argue with a guest or simply make their experience better and provide them with the same courtesy and understanding they should expect? I do NOT recommend eating here, I am surprised they are still operating based on the reviews and experience we just had. Simply sad and disappointing.

Someone threw up all over the sidewalk leaving the restaurant. Needless to say we took that as a sign and turned around and got right back in our car.

Should be ashamed of themselves ordered a double hamburger. It came burnt. Just what I wanted to do is eat. A couple pieces of charcoal, had to throw it away. Anybody that cooks meat that way. Don't know how to cook. What a waste of money shame on you. You need to do better. I will not be eating there ever again if you want to lose customers. This is how you do it. Somebody needs to learn how to cook. And if they call themselves a cook, you know they're lying to you after you eat their burnt food.

The server was very rude. I asked her opinion on the pasta or chicken sandwich. She snapped at me and my father. My father was asking about the deal on the menu, and she kept rolling her eyes. We received our food from someone else during the non busy time, and it was all burnt. We didn't feel comfortable calling our original server over. However, I needed a refill to wash down the burnt chicken sandwich. She gave so much attitude that we decided to go. We felt embarrassed when we had to use their device for the tipping. In front of the host stand and other servers. We tried to quickly put no tip because it was just so unwelcoming. Once she saw, she rolled her eyes and looked at another server. Completely ruined my first experience here with my father.

Had French Onion Smash Burger. It was excellent. For desert, I had the Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet, it wasnt baked all the way through. Service was good, not spectacular.

Everything went very good tonight. Got seated quickly. Waitress was very nice and got our drinks to us very fast. Took our order and within 15 to 20 min they had all 5 of my family's plates on the table food was good except the mashpotatos
