Dirty and the people who run it come off as rude and unhappy to customers. Note to Sam's Management: Visit a Costco to see how it should be done. Only within the last couple of months have they actually put in an effort to keep the drink area and floor around it clean. It was disgusting. Honestly at this point it's not worth the membership.

My wife and i just recently became members of Sam's Club, After we checked out we were unsure of what the line was about as we were exiting, As we stood int he middle we kinda figured it was the 2 store workers that who checked out receipts before we leave which was fine, as we were in line for the gentlemen to the right who was scanning through peoples receipts, the elderly woman who was on the left scoffed and threw her hands up and made faces as if why we were holding up the line and made a remark, I spoke up as we approached her letting her know that this is our 2nd time here so we're still getting used to how everything goes here, after saying that to her she screamed out " HOPE YOU COME BACK TO SAMS CLUB!!" If you seriously don't like your job, don't show up, Regardless if your having a bad day at work, You are responsible to still keep a professional type of attitude especially working in the food/customer service industry, It was completely uncalled for, To many people showing up for work for a paycheck and not care for the work place itself. Not worth the membership if thats the encounters you get as your exiting your store.

Horrible service! Was very dirty! Out of half the items I was looking for asked when they will get more in the worker I talked to name was Cole and said rudely when the truck comes never have a day when it would arrive just walked away and went about his day. Also bought strawberries from them and two days later they had mold on them!

don't order anything ahead of time from the joke they call a bakery. if someone orders a curbside pick up, even after you have ordered it on the phone or in person, they will give it to them instead. and then do absolutely nothing to assist in getting what you need. MANY people reserved pumpkin pies ahead of time for Thanksgiving. but they were given away to customers in the store or curbside pick up. so basically, if you have reserved something from the bakery for years now, you aren't a priority to them. horrible customer service.

Unable to get ANYONE on the phone for a quick tire question. Seems like this club is run by a skeleton crew and does not have time for their members.

I stopped in, today. I'm really amazed by the changes, over the two months that I've been a member. The new manager was a real breath of fresh air, but he was kind of anti-social and the other managers didn't know how to talk to people, either. Now, I see them smiling and talking to employees, casually. There was a real emphasis on faking friendliness a couple months ago, but now they aren't faking it. The employees are just less tense and afraid of each other, or maybe of losing their jobs, so that sense of security must translate into not finding it so hard to be friendly to customers. I assume that my criticizing everything helped, but there must have been other factors, that mean they just got lucky. Well, the customers are lucky as well. The district managers must have had faith that if they tried a little harder, that there was room for improvement. I guess the manager is patient with criticism, which is not all that common. It's really just as good, now, as when I moved to town, 11 years ago. The snobbiness is gone and they don't judge customers so much or worry about status. You can really imagine these managers getting promoted within the company or having their choice of assignment. I'm happy for them. I'm sure the good, cooperative work culture should help them in attracting employees and getting the store fully staffed. Just as long as they recommend good people, not their idiot brother. I don't know how HR would ask the employee that. Hey, are you trying to pawn your idiot brother on us? So, the managers can ask themselves if it is worth having a customer as difficult to please as me. I don't think it has been fun for them.

Whenever I head in to grab a bite to eat. The cafe is nearly always closed. The hours on the website does not reflect the hours in real life. Was just there today about 18mins ago and the associate working was unable to serve food to people. He was out of hotdogs, pizza and his only excuse "I shouldve been closed 20mins ago"Either staff and stock the cafe like it should be or just keep it closed.

We were just at the Sam's Club in Fargo North Dakota and were asking if they had a certain type of coffee. Their was only one left on the shelf that was open and bent. The lady working the aisle talked with the manager Richard who said we could have it for 50% off when we got up to the register we told the lady at the register what Richard had said and when she called back To Richard she only said it was open and not damaged so when we got to the vehicle and counted them we're missing some. Very disappointed!!

I stopped at the member desk as my co worker said with his $8 membership, he got a membership card. Not the case here either. But she said they can look up my name when the paper receipt is unusable. I think I'll have my co worker use the company laminator to laminate it for me. Any who at metro Sam's I kept seeing MN gopher college stuff. My son's going to NDSU in this town so I was hoping to find Bison swag. I splurged and bought the portable NDSU lawn chair you put in a bag for $39. They also had huge NDSU coir doormats but I passed as I didn't see a price or really need one. There were Bison aluminum cups like Yeti or RTIC 2 for $34. I declined those too. I found a long sleeve green NDSU t shirt for myself. 45 pack of water and churro chips was the rest of my purchases. They close at 8 pm so I was rushed. I scanned my own purchases as only girl working was super slow.

Hours on website are incorrect! Its showing that the Cafe is open from 10-6 but I showed up at 12:20pm and it's closed. It's very inconvenient to show incorrect times when I wasn't shopping and I went there just to get food.

The best thing about Sams Club is the Scan n go app. I just wish alcohol could be purchased via Scan n go, but I understand why. There is always plenty of products in stock.

I cannot that the Baker man at Sam's Fargo that ran me and my son down with her special order of 30 cupcakes in NDSU Green and Yellow graduation decorated cupcakes, we initially settled for a pre-made red cupcakes; I just literally cried when that happened and restored my faith in everything, I was so not expecting this to happen! Bless that woman that shared half of her special order cupcakes with us for my daughters NDSU graduation, I thank the Lord and May the Lord watch and protect her and the Baker man that have allowed us to have some cupcakes for her reception! We are so thankful and grateful for that ND nice!! ‍
