Child didn't get the birthday meal doughnut for free. On top of that I ordered a lotus drink watermelon mango and was handed a kiwi watermelon. Very saddened by this experience as previous ones have been great. Maybe due to arriving at 11

Drove across town to be disappointed. Walked up to the door to see a sign that said out of doughnuts. I’m from out of town and was really excited because I heard amazing reviews about this place.

I'm a frequent customer as I work for a company that occasionally provides donuts for some of our area customers. I typically come in and I ask for donuts to be delivered from the west fargo location and the counter workers usually take down the information as to where I'd like them delivered and the workers would notify the west fargo store. Not today, crabby Abby kept saying we don't do that here. I've never has an issue before. People like her with poor customer poor service skills ( pissy attitude) is the cause for losing good customers. I ended up delivering the donuts myself. She's very unprofessional.
