I'm a frequent customer as I work for a company that occasionally provides donuts for some of our area customers. I typically come in and I ask for donuts to be delivered from the west fargo location and the counter workers usually take down the information as to where I'd like them delivered and the workers would notify the west fargo store. Not today, crabby Abby kept saying we don't do that here. I've never has an issue before. People like her with poor customer poor service skills ( pissy attitude) is the cause for losing good customers. I ended up delivering the donuts myself. She's very unprofessional.

I've never had a bad experience a Sandy's. I recently brought in a large group from work, and the staff worked very hard to get our donut and coffee orders perfect and out quickly. The donuts, by the way, are OFF THE CHARTS!

Sandy's is everything a donut shop should be. Amazing variety and service. They are a staple of our community as well, and dedicated to giving back. If more businesses were like Sandy's the world would be a better place.
My fam loves Sandy’s donuts! Their caramel rolls are amazing, especially warmed up. I do wish they used natural coloring for their icing however, and do feel they are overpriced which means we go less often. Would go more if they had more reasonable prices.

Sandy's you have officially outdone yourself!! Key lime,(no photo cause I needed it in my belly) Pina colada, and bacon! All my favorite foods in a donut! Are you kidding me ?. Ok serious now... If you can rise early enough to get all the options of choices, ( yes there that good). You won't be disappointed! Can rival Krispy Kreme. Soft, sweet, just the right sugar rush to get ya going in the morning. The atmosphere walking in was that wonderful smell of warm sweet bread with hints of coffee. The service I had was excellent, friendly and helpful. The only issue I would say is there's a little too much icing and filling that over powers the main part of the donut. Aka sugar rush. Only reason for that last star. Another plus is they make some donuts in vegan also. All and all a GREAT donut and coffee shop!
