The original sandwich meal is delicious, and a reasonable price. The restaurant is small, but tidy, and the single staffer is courteous & efficient. So glad for this restaurant in Fargo!

I love Schlotzsky's sandwiches. I first had one in the late '70s in Minneapolis. I ate there several times until the mid '80s when I moved away. Four decades later I happened to be in Fargo and saw Schlotzsky's again. I stopped and had a delicious sandwich for the first time in 40 years. I go to Fargo 3 or 4 times a year now, and stop at Schlotzsky's every time.

It's my opinion that the best test of customer service is how the business responds when they make a mistake, and boy did the Fargo Schlotzsky's staff really wow me when they made a simple mistake.

I placed an order on the app for a small sandwich and drink for pickup inside their store. They were absolutely slammed with online orders, in store customers, and a line in drive thru - and it was about an hour before close so I'm sure staff was limited....
