I’ve been going here every once and awhile, but this past time, after a really rough day I stopped in and a very kind employee named Lexi (?) made a killer matcha and was super nice. Past experiences have been very good but this one especially stood out.
It was a slow Sunday afternoon when I pulled up to the drive-thru. The person on the microphone seemed unenthusiastic and didn’t properly take my order. At the window, I had to repeat myself because my initial order hadn’t been recorded. The service was amazing and my drink was great! While there was quite a line when I got there, things moved quickly for the amount of drinks I saw leaving the window. The barista who helped me was so warm and friendly, the interaction made my day and the coffee was delicious as always!
