Ordered Slim Chickens through Doordash. So many times when you order fast food through doordash you end up with missing items. Sauces, drinks, sides, etc. This place is actually reliable that your order will be correct. That is very convenient for the winter time when you have kids.

somebody stole my order, and when the Uber driver arrived they refused to remake the order because somebody (who they had not verified was actually an Uber driver) had grabbed the order already. My Uber driver called me and told me that the store told her to just drive by my house and mark the order as delivered, even though she didn't have the food. I waited for hours just to never receive the food, and when I called the store to ask about my order, the employee straight up admitted to me that he told the driver just to drive by my house and mark it off is delivered. I waited for hours just to find out my money was taken and I never received any food. I used to order here weekly, I don't plan on ordering slim chickens again after this experience.

The service is slow and on top of that they are rude and unprofessional. A manager (I’m assuming) was yelling at workers over how they box the sauce (because that matters apparently) in front of customers who still hadn’t been helped making the whole environment tense and awkward.

Waited 25+ mins when ordering in the lobby not even drive through, with lots of food piling/sitting in the window and no one was doing anything. People who ordered after me were getting their food before me. I then went up and asked after 25 mins about my food and she decided to bag my food then, after it had been sitting there awhile.

When I lived in Sioux Falls, a large meal was like 13$, they loaded me up and the food was always fresh, the fries always fresh and they actually had some pride. This location has been a disappointment after disappointment and I will never be going back. $20 for a meal with fries and it’s soggy, and somewhat cold in the minute drive I have home. Extremely disappointing because I used to love this place. Try recommending it to my friends and they all dislike it. Sioux Falls was 5/5 y’all 1/5.

I have had sandwiches here, I've had the nuggets, and I have had the strips all are amazing! But the most awesome amazing thing is they're breaded mushrooms! They're moist on the inside put the crispy batter on the outside is to die for! They're becoming my new addiction! Love this place!

Wow. This place rocks. I'm usually not a chicken tender guy. But they have really delicious tenders. The oil they cook the chicken in tastes clean and buttery, and the breading is so crispy and good.
The lady that was working the counter was also so sweet with my father in law, he is kind of a nightmare to deal with, and she handled him so graciously, kindly and patiently.
