If I went again curry ramen would not be my first choice just because they had other more typical Japanese Ramens but this was recommended by a regular while we were in line. I love Japanese curry though.

Hands down the best place in Fargo/Moorhead for everything South East Asian food. You can tell they make their food with fresh ingredients, because each dish is bursting with flavour. Perfect for a take out meal or a lazy date night with someone special. I highly recommend the drunken noodles with beef, pho, or the Sukothai.
Amazing!!! Must try. Hands down the best ramen ever! I got the Kao Sol, it’s like a curry ramen. Full of flavor, the noodles were perfectly cooked. Right as we walked in we were greeted and informed on how to order from the menu. I don’t see anything simple for my kids so I asked and Rob, he was super helpful! He was kind and patient. Perfect person to navigate us through ordering. All delicious. The last ramen we had was from SD where the owner is famous, this place out down that locations without a question!!!! bursting flavors not loaded with fat. I could go on and on. I’ll be back!! I wanna try it all!! Even the fried chicken in my ramen was perfect! Not overly breaded! They killed is every aspect food, staff, atmosphere. Can’t wait to be back. If we lived here we’d be regulars. Your lucky Fargo!!

The two stars are for the service staff and their attitude. The lack of the other three are for the cooks. Don't get me wrong, everything about the flavor of the food is delicious, but my pork belly and eggs were cold in the middle and nothing was really hot about my ramen. If you're going to precook don't just throw cold food into hot broth and expect it to come out presentable. A microwave could have made that dish better but that's not what I ate.
