The burgers were great- fresh meat and a tasty crust & bun. Our server made sure we had everything we needed, made with whatever toppings we chose. Fries and burgers were served freshly made and piping hot!

The worst customer service! She acted like I was a bother to her for coming in. She spilled someone’s order and the cook came out and acted pissed at her that he had to remake the order. She handed my order to me and said here and walked away. Get home I’m missing two burgers. I called them and they did nothing to help fix the problem. Five guys is the way to go!

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Ordered ahead get to the restaurant and then told theres a 35-40 min wait instead of telling me on the phone. Get home to a soggy burger thats not even cooked all the way. Disappointed.
