Waited in the online for over 20 min then asked two girls walking out bring food out if they where servicing people in the drive in spots, when the girl was talking to us it was very obvious that she was under the influence of substances because she could barley get a sentence out and couldn’t function, also didn’t even answer our question, just said they are bringing food out in a slurs. She came back to us after a couple minutes and told us we will have to go through the drive through. We didn’t mind, then we went through the drive through and when we went up to the window they serviced 2 cars at the other window (we were sitting there much longer then they where in the drive through) then shut the lights off, didn’t greet us or anything just had us sit there. If they had no intention of serving us they should’ve told us before having us wait for over an hour. I love sonic but this was ridiculous we got there at 11pm (an hour before they closed) 10/10 will not recommend.

milkshake came out melted and warm. took forever to even come out in the first place and the service is horrible and slow. it shouldn’t take 30 minutes for a drink to come out? i’ve tried multiple times to give this place a chance and i keep getting disappointed. the other day they were out of nerds which you pay for and just told me that and went into the back, i then proceeded to wait for 10 minutes and ask for a refund or something to make up for it even if its not expensive, what restaurant doesn’t offer for something they didn’t take off the menu when they are out of it? unprofessional. seems like lots of people have had the same experience as me and there is no change. do better.

My first visit was incredibly difficult to navigate—I placed an online order and unable to get it just ended up leaving and refuting the charge. I tried again at a later time through the app and carhops and ended up waiting over an hour for a milkshake. A single milkshake, nothing else. The parking lot is too crowded to get in and out of spaces and those of us trying to enter spots waited for 20+ minutes just to navigate that 50 stretch. When I finally did get my milkshake, it was all melted and almost lukewarm. Terrible experiences overall, would not recommend.

The food is great. The 2 times I've come here, they have gotten our order wrong. This last time, I went inside to find 1 lady sitting inside.(a relative to one of the workers she said) I stood at the counter and she told me it would be awhile as they hardly ever come out. I saw 2 employees outside smoking, however, but no one was inside. Stood for a while and then took about 4 tries to get the correct sauce I was supposed to get when someone finally came out. The guy was super nice about it and apologized a few times. Working in the retail/service industry for 22 years myself- I believe your front end should always be staffed. Im unsure if this is normal for Sonic or not, as it's the only one I've been to. That alone is why I have rated it the way I have.

Pales in comparison to the other one in town. Drive through is ridiculously slow you’ll wait 30+ minutes for 3 cars but only when a certain new employee is working. She makes it all even worse

Service is TERRIBLY slow. The last 5 times I’ve come here, it takes 15 minutes just to get my order. When I go through the drive-thru, I’ve sat at the speaker for 5-10 each time before someone begins taking my order.

Waited at the drive-thru speaker, was told to wait a moment, which is fine, but we waited so long we saw 3 cars pass in the other line and that line wasn’t moving fast either. We actually timed it. It took us shorter time to drive to the other Sonic Drive-in, go thru the drive thru, get our food then it took us waiting to place our order at the drive thru at this location. Place didn’t look super busy either so I don’t if it was due being that super short staff/ or whatever, but I would recommend going to the other location for your Sonic cravings.
