Service was slow considering how not busy it was. Had to go to the bar to get served even though we had a server.

Been coming here since they opened but just discovered the breakfast today, it was amazing and honestly don’t know how they’re making money with what they charge. Breakfast is: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

First time visiting here and I didn’t give stars food since I didn’t have any it would be unfair for me to judge. So first impression, walking up and two groups are yelling at each other right in front of only entrance to place and a staff member was there just standing around looking lost. They two ladies wanted to rumble and they were blocking the entrance. I had to weave my way through a potential fight just to get inside. Very horrible first impression. Then I go inside and sit at the bar rail and the one bartender she looked at me and then just continued to talk to the servers and ignored my need for service. Then finally the other bartender comes over and offers me service. I ask her what bourbon she has and she can’t answer me. I am sorry but if you are a bartender you should know your product. I don’t want to hear “we have to much what one do you want” or “here is our list”. I work in this industry know your product, you don’t have to know everything but to say to a customer “I don’t drink bourbon so I don’t know what we sell” seems wrong. The bartenders were friendly and the service was good so that not the issue it’s a lack of product knowledge. I didn’t inquire about her favorite or why I should drink A or B just asked what you have only to have them go searching for a list. Took two bartenders to get me a list.
My largest complaint and the reason for the 3 stars in atmosphere is the restroom. This is a very nice and modern establishment however the very nice bathroom smells of old urine, one the soap dispensers was broken. Not that it mattered no one that comes here knows how to wash their hands after using the restroom anyways. The air freshener things were likely broken and old and never replaced just like the broken soap dispenser by the sinks. There is so much great potential here but a dirty restroom is a huge problem for any restaurant. The fact customers don’t know how to wash their hands and the fact that management of this establishment don’t care about how clean the restroom isn’t is a huge issue. A clean restroom should not smell of old urine. If this was a dive bar like something in downtown I could maybe understand but this is a very modern and fresh looking establishment. Needs help and it wasn’t even that busy in there as I seen servers standing around.
Wheelchair accessibility: Doesn’t seem friendly to wheelchairs, even as someone who doesn’t use a wheelchair the pathways are narrow at times and you have to get very close to someone’s table to traverse. Not saying everything was this way just the spaces I was in but just offering a general idea. I also don’t recall seeing electric door openers on the entrance.

Brunch is amazing! Fruit is fresh and hashbrowns are crispy! Could share the burrito but why when you get a free Mimosa or bloody?!

The last 2 times we’ve been there the service was horrible. We were at the bar and the bartenders would walk right by us when we had empty drinks. It was in the afternoon so not busy at all. At one point all staff and manager were sitting at a table joking and laughing while we had empty drinks and our food was sitting under the heat lamp for at least 5 minutes. We used to go here all the time but service is steadily getting worse. Probably just going elsewhere from now on. Don’t recommend

Like another review mentioned, the waitresses just stood and stared at us for an extended period without offering assistance. I never received my entrée, despite confirming the order and being upsold. When I asked about my food, I was initially told it would be another 10 minutes. Upon follow-up, I was told it would take an hour with no alternative options provided—leaving me hungry. My partner's food wasn’t much better, with the vegetables being low quality.
Additionally, when reviewing the bill, I noticed the prices were higher than those listed on the menu, no specials were honored, and credit card fees were added on without much explanation.
TL;DR: If you want to try this place, just order Duane’s to-go and deal with the awkward pickup experience instead.

We tried this place out for the first time and when we get in there the waitresses all looked at us but left us sitting here and helped other people that walked in after us and when we finally got help and ordered are appetizers but didn't get them got are food with no help to get a beer are water so this is why I give it a thumbs down.

We had a group of 5 of us that were in town visiting family, and decided to stop here for dinner and drinks. We started off with some appetizers- (cheese curds, nachos, and wings), and they were excellent! The size of the appetizers alone would’ve been enough to fill us all up, but after a few cocktails we had to try some other menu items. We added a couple of Chicken Bacon Ranch wraps, French Dip, and of course a Duane’s pizza! 😋
The atmosphere was perfect, the staff was amazing, and the food was excellent!
Definitely recommend stopping here for a great experience all around!!
