What a cute pace to take the kids. Very fun, good good decent prices and the service was so nice from the moment walk in, our waitress was very nice and check up on everything, even leaving the lady that we gave our tokens to was very nice. Next time im up would diffently go again.

Called to order a blooming onion to pick up. I was told they were busy but not that busy but yeah pretty busy. This was the response from person on the phone who took my pretty simple order. I asked how long and was told approximately 15 minutes. Upon arrival I proceeded to wait at the counter for someone to help me. After quite some time a guy arrives, im assuming a mgr, and asks if ive been helped and if a few guys sitting on a bench had been helped. I get rung up by a very polite girl, pay and head home. Once I get home I open to go box and I have to say pretty disappointed. The onion was flat and im sure so it would fit in box but there was nothing crispy about it. It was kind of warm but it tasted really really bad like a combination of bad oil and really old breading. I called back to let them know of my disappointment just as an FYI cuz I knew they wouldn't do anything about it but to possibly keep them from from someone else eating at the restaurant. There was no answer. It just rang. This could be due to the 10 cars in the parking lot. I called back and the person who answered said the mgr was busy and asked me to call back. They must have a different call policy compared to other places. Normally you'd think they'd take your name and number and let you know they'd have them call me back. I called back and once again the phone rang. Guess I learned a lesson.

I went here about a year and a half ago, thought it was great then. However today 10/12/24 it was horrible. Server lacked ambition or a sense of serving us due to our group having a forced gratuity. The food was horrible. I ordered the sirloin with the garlic butter. The steak was burnt on the outside, no other flavor on the steak itself. The garlic butter was not butter at all, more of a nasty liquid. The arcade had numerous broken games and the claw machines were the weakest grip I've ever seen. Not to mention all claw items were tightly packed or positioned where the claw can't physically grab them. Don't waste your time or money here.
