This place blew away all my expectations. The service and quality of food was outstanding. Meals stayed true to their Italian origins, which I very much appreciated because why mess with such iconic dishes?! Never would I have imagined such a terrific Italian restaurant in the heart of Fargo.
I travel for a living and found this gem while on a layover. I loved everything about it. I called from across town and they offered to get me in if I could hurry over. Well, my Uber took forever but they still graciously seated me. Jacob was my server and he made me feel like a friend and all his recommendations were divine. I started with a glass of red wine (the wine list is very good) and Salmon Tartare followed by Gnocchi Neapolitan. I’ve been to many Italian restaurants...
I had an incredible experience at Spaghetti Western! I ordered the lemon ricotta pasta and it was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Jake was our server and he was fantastic—knowledgeable about the menu, friendly, and he recommended an excellent wine that paired beautifully with my meal. The restaurant itself is small and charming, with a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend stopping by—and definitely ask for Jake!
