This afternoon I went in to buy a Starbucks glass along with a gift card when I went to counter to pay an employee yells you can go through drive through to buy something that the lobby was closed because they weren't enough people to work. I think there were 4 or5 people working..you neeed that many to work drive through? I said I can't just pay for this here? Wasn't ordering food/drink and she shouts again blah blah blah..was so rude I'll never go back there again.

Sometimes the wait is a bit long but I keep going back...
If you like STARBUCKS? It was okay. I only went there because someone took me. And brought me a coffee drink. Otherwise, I wouldn't have gone. I have nothing against them, that I know of? I'm just not a STARBUCKS fan.
