I had a really frustrating experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered a shaken espresso through mobile pickup and couldn’t return right away because I was finishing a DoorDash delivery. When I finally came back and let them know the drink was bland and had zero sweetness (again…second time this has happened), the barista who made it had the nerve to make a comment with a smirk on her face. That was straight up disrespectful.
When I calmly told them my issue, the so-called “manager” jumped in telling me not to “talk to her like that” ….excuse me? I’m the one spending money here. I wasn’t yelling or being rude, I was pointing out a repeated problem. Instead of apologizing or fixing the drink, they got defensive and rude. I asked for a refund and walked out.
It’s not just about the drink…. it’s about the way you treat people. I wasted my time going back there thinking they’d handle things like professionals. Big mistake. Train your staff to have better attitudes and learn how to handle customer complaints without getting petty.
I won’t be back. I recommend the one on University or over in Moorhead on Holiday Drive instead….at least they treat you like a human being. 0 stars for service.

This Starbucks never let me down. I came here every day and ordered the same drink they made it perfect every time. The staff remembered me, were always welcoming, and fixed any issues without hesitation. I truly appreciated their kindness and consistency. Since moving to Iowa, I haven’t found a store that makes my drink just right like you all did, but I’ll keep trying. I miss it so much. Thank you Nick, Ethan, and the rest of the amazing team. Hope to visit again soon.

The atmosphere was amazing! The temperature in the place was blissful, along with the fact of only not just amazing but small aromas throughout the building. Having the lung my mother has, it is hard to find a coffee place we can both enjoy! The seating is cozy and impressive for plug-in access and a roomy environment. The staff is graceful and helpful. A peaceful and joyful place to be.

If I could give it no stars I would. I waited in the drive thru for a long period of time. They didn’t make my drink right. I asked for it to be remade. He refused. He dumped part of it out and threw caramel on it and called it good. $8.93 coffee. Wow.
