Love the drinks from here, but sometimes the breakfast that's heated on the oven. Can come out a bit dry. I had a ham and Swiss croissant a few different times, and the corners are usually a bit dark. But the ham that peeks past the pastry is always dry and hard like it's left out or heated multiple times.

Weird logic if you ask me. You get BETTER service if you order at the window. Copy!

I just wanna say I’ve been a huge fan of Starbucks and been ordering from them for years. Today on June 7th I was rushing to work and ordered through the application so I could pick up my order and go. As I was walking out my hand slipped and I dropped my precious Iced caramel macchiato (Rip) right in front of the door. Not only was the gal I explained this to super nice she even offer to remake my drink. I felt so bad and have bad anxiety about this stuff but that girl helping me was just hands down the best. Shout out to her and this Starbucks location you guys rock!

Very disappointed. My drink was made wrong and they said that it was right even though it tastes completely different from what I actually ordered and they didn’t remake it. If I pay for a 7 dollar drink I expect it to be right. On top of that, they made my mom’s drink iced instead of hot, then the second drink had coffee in it which is also not right. Getting 3 drinks wrong is not what I consider good service.

Counter service is terrible as they are too concerned with drive through. Then I order a Pike Roast and at best it is luke warm. The offered solution was an attitude eye roll and steaming the drink which completely changed the flavor YUK! Upon trying to get another option, the assistant goes out of her way to ignore us while we were standing at the counter as she simultaneously pretends to train two employees. When I mention the taste is terrible, said employee all of a sudden has time to chime in and say she never added anything and we’d have to wait for them to brew a new batch. I guess if she’s training new employees, customer service is really going to go to heck. Caribou has never treated me like this Starbucks. Lastly, every Starbucks I order the same drink and it has always been piping hot! Just lost a customer.

Just would like to give recognition to the girls at the window this morning around 7 AM May 2 I had a pretty long and complicated order where at a previous location. I was told that it would not be remade due to it not being made incorrectly and due to it being my personal preference in a drink. the girls at the window assured me they would make it and, make it right and that it was not OK for the other location to have turned me away for a drink I paid with such a poor excuse. We had a great conversation at the window and they definitely made my day!! So massive Thanks to them for not only making my coffee amazing, but the smile on my face!

I went through the drive thru to get drinks for me and my brother and when we were getting ordering I asked for a pistachio latte, cold with extra Carmel drizzle and when we got to the window she hands me a hot drink when I said I would like a cold one the first young lady said it's fine I can keep the drink and she will make me one that's cold so while we were waiting there was a big blonde lady that came to the window with a rude attitude saying that I was the one who asked for hot drink when I Cleary didn't so I explained to her that I didn't ask for a hot drink and she repeatedly kept saying no I ordered a hot drink with a really rude attitude so I said NO I clearly ordered a cold drink. So she says ok is a rude tone and walks away while I was waiting again the manager comes out and says that I was yelling at the big lady and being rude to her and cussing when I actually respected her and kept calm but now that I think about it I feel like I was being targeted by racism i don't know why the second the lady saw me her face flipped is it because I'm wearing a head scarf? They should really respect people how they are.
