I noticed I had less of my hat then it came with. The band was missing. The young woman, Nic, promptly asked me if I lost something and what I was looking for. Very helpful. I decided to get some decaf first before I searched for the $50 headband but my most prized material possession.
A pleasant Vanessa took my order. The decaf turned out to be not quite up to par, but they were so friendly and it was so warm, that I'll be back.
I went outside and retraced my steps across I think it's 52nd Ave. and noticed that my headband had fallen off my hat when I exited number 18 fargo bus.

This Starbucks is absolutely awful for ordering ahead. I place an order 10 minutes advance, arrive, and still sit there for 20 minutes before the drinks are ready. Meanwhile anyone in the drive through gets their drinks immediately. The drive through served at least 40 cars who ordered after me before bothering to make my drinks.
I get prioritizing drive through orders to keep it moving but you can't just completely ignore every other order and expect customers to wait 30+ minutes. If you're not going to bother making orders from the app just turn off the option so I don't waste my time and money.

Hands-down one of the kindest Starbucks teams I’ve ever come across. I wrote to their Fargo store about a mug I couldn’t find, and they went above and beyond — sending not only the North Dakota mug but even an Ohio one, along with a pin and a personal note. That kind of thoughtfulness truly made my day. You can tell these folks care about people as much as they do about coffee. Thank y’all so much!
we got a strawberry açaí lemonade with light ice….. does not seem to be very light or even the normal amount of ice. i watched them make the drink and they put two scoops of ice into this drink. as a former barista this is crazy to see, it is not difficult to read the sticker.

I go to this Starbucks about 4 times a month. Today it took 15 minutes to get my order. That is an absurd amount of time to wait for a coffee. There were 4 other in- house people who ordered after me who got their drinks first.
