The drinks and service are amazing, as usual. Staff is always friendly, and when I ran into a food quality issue, they went out of their way to ensure that I was taken care of in a professional and timely manner, and delivered the replacement to me.That being said, I highly recommend using caution when ordering their new Chicken and Maple Butter Sandwich, it had an amazing aroma, but lacked in flavor and the chicken resembled that of a massive McNugget. Little more than halfway through I found a clump of what looked like veins and potentially cartilage. Altogether not impressed with the new release, and especially not the quality control of the food production.All-in-all, I recommend this location for the fantastic staff and amazingly delicious drinks, but be wary when ordering the chicken sandwich (I'd assume the sandwich comment goes for any Starbucks location, though).

I’ve been sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes. This is the longest I have ever waited for a grande coffee. Starting in the line at 11:28 and it’s 11:54 and I’m still not at the front of the line. Still waiting.

I'm a Starbucks fanatic, especially when it comes to fall drinks! This time I'm very disappointed with the product I was served. My venti pumpkin cream chai with a shot of espresso tasted and looked like a glass of milk! Sad when you pay this amount for a cup of coffee for it to be this disappointing. I don't mind paying the price because it's usually right, but paying this price when it's nothing I was expecting is not ok!

This is one of two of the best Starbucks locations in the FM area. Staff are friendly and attentive and will go above and beyond for their customers. One situation we had experienced was earlier in the summer season when the Starbucks App failed and the barista had to take our order at the window. They were sooo busy (even the lot was packed beyond full) as it was a Saturday but the team were kind and dealt with the matter exceptionally well. To keep the drive line going and due to no parking they brought out our order so we could shark the lot. It went really smooth and was greatly appreciated. This is a site that other locations can learn from what great customer service truly is.Another good location is 13th Ave in Fargo. Great service and ambience but the location is cumbersome if you intend to use the drive through during busy times as it is in the center of a strip mall. Plenty of parking and inside the store is spacious so preferable to the drive through during those busy times.

My second time coming here. Ordered in the drive thru for passionfruit refresher. When you tell them light ice but my venti cup is full of ice. Whys is that? Please improve

Always tasty but always a huge hit to the pocket book. Especially if are buying for people*mKid-friendliness: They have a few menu items that are many for kids. Probably not the best place to bring kiddos anyways.; ;

Last week I visited the 52nd AVE Starbucks around 6 am. I was warmly greeted by 3 barista’s Scarlett and Bryce but I did not happen to catch the 3rd girl's name. From the service to the small talk, I would highly recommend Starbucks on 52nd AVE over any other Starbucks in our area. Thankyou !
