My favorite Starbucks in the Fargo area. The staff here are always fantastic—they greet everyone warmly, even when things get busy. The team reminds me of the classic Starbucks experience: diverse, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. With the schools next door, the wait can be a bit longer at times, but it’s completely expected and always worth it. Even when I’m not in the area, I’ll go out of my way to stop at this location.

Kailey at this location was very rude from the time we ordered till the time we got our drinks. I got a venti size drink and she gave me the smallest straw they had. So I asked for another one so i could actually drink it. after I watched her give the person in front of me the right size straw for their venti size drinks she proceeded to say “we don’t have any” with attitude. Then I said how am I suppose to drink this she said “I don’t know I gave u straw”. I even tipped her. Very disappointed.

Went to Starbucks today and was outraged. We decided to take the drive through where it took 10 minutes to get to the point of no return. Then the line didn't move for a half hour. I ran inside to see what the hold up was. Twenty people waiting for drinks, 20 cars in line can be a lot for the five people working, but two were just standing there and the others were cherry picking orders. Thirty minutes for one drink for one car for the line to move is ridiculous! Also, at least 10 cars left the drive through so we were able to leave also. I suggest some additional training and organizational skills need development because that wait time is too much for a $5 to $10 drink.

I absolutely love the mural on the wall. It is bright and colorful and so welcoming when you first walk in. The most recent time I was there, the barista was so kind and friendly. There is a lot of seating including a long booth style bench in the center with tables all around. Great location. And also close to Boppa's Bagels.

The 3 star review is being generous because of my past experience of great service workers and drinks made properly. However, the experience my family and I had tonight with Micheal, the employee who took our order via drive through, was far below the standard we are use to from this location. During the order, he kept messing up the simple size, type, and specifications. Iced drink was entered as a Frappuccino, no ice requested, but ice still in the drink, amount of shots were not understood even though we repeated ourselves clearly and slowly. We were trying to be patient assuming he was a new employee, but after the drinks were received one was still incorrect. We had to drive back to receive the drink we wanted. The whole interaction was frustrating.

I came through the drive thru about 2 weeks ago with what I thought was a mobile order. I got to the window said my name and they went to grab my drink. In the meantime I had gotten upset and started to cry about something going on in my life. The sweetest barista came to the window and handed me a drink that actually wasn’t mine but another “Kayla’s” she couldn’t find my drink and she felt awful about the mixup and I felt awful because I didn’t want her thinking I was crying over the coffee (which I wasn’t!) . She said some extremely comforting words to me while I cried and tried to tell her my order she made me feel like no matter what was going on in my life that I was loved and valued. They couldn’t find my order but made me my favorite coffee and wrote “you are so loved” on my drink. If everyone even cared just a fraction of this person. Our world would be a much better place. This person went above and beyond and I’ll never forget it.
