Drive through self ordering machine is terrible. It takes several tries to get the choice to register on every screen. Then when I got my sandwich, there was nothing on it except meat and cheese.

New person through the drive thru (Nananase?) Gave me a lemonade when I ordered dr pepper. Literally touched dr pepper. Rude tone rude look. Told me I ordered a lemonade. She gave me the dr pepper didn't apologize. Come through ordering the same thing every time. Pushed the DP button. This person does not belong interacting with customers. Management review this individual's behavior immediately. The rest of the crew are very friendly people. Disappointing.
