Got this Foot Long, Cold Cut beauty today! I appreciate it because this location is super hit or miss. Have definitely ordered drive thru in the middle of the day when the store was open, and nobody was around to complete the order. Have also gotten some sus subs that I know were made wrong in purpose lol (I get it lol). But I was hangry today, on my way to work and all I wanted was some good ol subway. This sandwich was picture perfect and straight up slapped. Thanks y'all

The service can be hit or miss with this particular location but overall a fair experience. My real only gripe is the ordering screen. Sometimes it doesn't register what I'm trying to enter in for my order.

Weirdest place ever with zero common sense. My family and I are in line to order. As my husband is ordering the food I ask if I can get key to use the restroom then he says it's only for paying customers. I mention that we are customers because they are ordering. He says until we actually pay for our food that I can't get a key. I again tried talking through logistics that I was a paying customer. In the end I just left because I couldn't continue to argue with someone that didn't get it. I found it the most inane thing and honestly was super annoyed with the staff not having an ounce of common sense.
I called at about 8:30 last night to confirm they closed at 10 because we work down the street and we’re getting off late and wanted to grab something semi healthy on the way home from work. They did indeed confirm they closed at 10, but we pull up at 9:25 and they were closed. They should at least mention they could close early if it’s slow but if you confirm you close at 10 you should close at 10

I would not consider this place for a sit down meal based on my recent visit. The person filling our order was clipped and didn't listen to bell pepper, instead she put "yellow" or banana peppers on. Luckily we caught the mistake and had her correct it, which she was less than happy about. Also she ignored "One strip of honey mustard, one step of Chipotle sauce". Instead she did two of each, which left the sandwich soggy by the time we got home to eat it.I have only removed one star because the food still tasted great, it just had the texture issue due to excess sauce. I will still return here, I just don't suggest going through the drive thru if your order is special in any way as I doubt they will hear it correctly.
