OMG.... So I don't normally do reviews of fast food restaurants, but the experience I had here tonight far surpassed my expectations for fast food. The guy who waited on me was kind, professional, and had a great personality. He made my sandwich by the book. He was conscientious about the amount of toppings and dressing that I wanted. My sandwich looked like the ones in the commercials. I quit going to Subway a long time ago because I was disappointed... But now I have changed my mind based on my experience at this restaurant. I dont understand why they offer the special discounted meals when customer cannot chose, I need chicken the they offering meat balls on that day. I think these ki d of packages bring more negativity if yiu are offering something something then let the people choose what they want.

I placed an order online here; only to get there and there was one employee there taking forever on the subs. Waited in line for at least 10 minutes cause my food wasn’t ready, then get to him and the employee claims they never got the order. I show him my online order, tries to tell me it probably went to the wrong address, show him the address is correct, tells me he can’t do anything I need to contact his manager later that day. I had ordered the food for a coworker and I, so was out the money plus needed to reorder a second time just to get my food. I Attempted to contact the store all day with no answer… the worst display of customer service I have seen in Fargo to this day.

The gal who was working was wonderful! Unfortunately she was working alone as other workers did not show up! My heart went out to her but she kept a positive attitude! She deserves a big raise. Whoever was supposed to be working with her needs to be fired. She made an excellent BLT for me!!!

I am not sure who the server was but she was very bad. i mean there something called customer service which she dosent know. If she doesn’t know how to deal with customer she shouldn’t be working. With all of her arrogance she shouldn’t work thats not how you will build customer loyalty. Worst experience

I have come to this Subway a handful of times. It is attached to the Petro Serve convenience store. This Subway is generally clean and nice and the service is quick and accurate. My review however is only based on ordering at the counter and eating in.
