Walked up to order today. Kid behind the counter was facing away from me with airpods in his ears. After standing there for a minute or two, I asked, “Are you open?”He did not turn around, “Yeah, we’re open.”I stood there for another 30 seconds, he never looked up. I went elsewhere for food.

Inside Hector international airport in Fargo North Dakota! What a great small and nice airport BTW. No lines or crowds and everything you need including a gift shop. Make sure you get your Subway food before you go through the short TSA gates bc you have to exit the gate area to get Subway or the Gift shop. Seating is huge and it’s clean and there is an area where they had live jazz music during lunch. What a nice wait for my flight that’s as delayed. And Melissa who works at Subway was the nicest! She even called me to verify that my online order was for the right location as she said many people order for the other non airport location. I was so thankful for her care and call. She also took care and attention to make my 2 foot longs with the exact specs I asked for. She is a gem! She is kind and pays attention to details and I enjoyed my tuna sub so much w great healthy fresh veges I asked for and in the amounts I asked for. I can’t ask for a better a Subway! This is my favorite subway in the US. Melissa is the best! Thank you Subway. And make sure you download the app bc you get good deals. I got 2 footlong subs for $10.79 and I gave tip on top of that for the great service.

I love Marlin’s Express. Bacon &eggs are great before the ride

They start to heat up the bread and fill in stuff one hour after the opening hour. Doesnt care about how to get sandwich quickly busy talking to co workers, TSA, marlins express workers whcih is right next to subway. Customer service is garbage, not trust worthy but since hq of subway doesnt care, it will stay this way for few years, trust me.

One of the employees went on break at 5pm and seemed more interested in getting her sandwich finished than letting her coworker make mine. They ran out of ham so I got a chicken breast which was kept with the cold ingredients. And the employee forgot to get my cookies for the meal

Clean and nice place. Subs were nicely packed. Fast service. Overall it was great!

Good service, good food. But the wait time can be a bit long, because their is only one employee.

I'd give 0 stars if i could. I greeted employee with good morning and he replied "fuuuuck" RIDICULOUS customer service. i passed on placing an order.

Well, our family visited subway 32nd ave Tues/June/24 we were very disrespected by the redheaded employee she was rude yelling inside store heard few things being slammed around!!! we ordered food and was completely shocked how we were treated when we tried to order! last time we will ever be spending our family time or money at these subway establishments take our business elsewhere
