Inside Hector international airport in Fargo North Dakota! What a great small and nice airport BTW. No lines or crowds and everything you need including a gift shop. Make sure you get your Subway food before you go through the short TSA gates bc you have to exit the gate area to get Subway or the Gift shop. Seating is huge and it’s clean and there is an area where they had live jazz music during lunch. What a nice wait for my flight that’s as delayed. And Melissa who works...

I got in line behind several people asking for special items, heat this item, don't heat that item, changing their minds several times, and not being ready (after standing there for 10 minutes) to place their order. If i was working there, I would have been very frustrated, but the two people working were the most patient people I have ever seen. My compliments to both of you, you deserve a medal in customer service. Well done.
