Just went to Taco Bell to get myself 2 tacos and a dragon fruit slushy and they told me they didn’t have it and it’s because they are lazy and don’t want to make them and negative atmosphere because the attitude

2025 update- Taco had 2 potatoes. Its laughable. What a joke these people are. If you don't like your job then get a new one. 2021 - They ran out of the crunchy strips for the taco I ordered and instead of telling me so I can order something else they put fritos in my Taco. I hate fritos. I'd rather be told than substituting something else for me. That's just stupid and rude.
Messy ass resturant ordered bout 20nitems or so they put it in a small bag all crushed items. My son opened his soft shell and half of it was missing. Never will I go back again. Inasked the manager would u eat this he said no. Wish I could post a pic

Ordered soft shell tacos with hot sauce through the drive through. Got the tacos but not the sauce. Boy do I miss Taco John's. This isn't the first time this has happened, but it will be the last time for me.

They charged me twice and they told me that it was going to be refunded instantly. And he made sure of it that it would be instant. It's been 3 days with no refund yet. I went in to talk to their manager, offering no compensation saying that they did nothing wrong. When they absolutely did by not training their employees raise and saying that the refund would be instant which is completely incorrect. And I get shamed like the bad guy

My daughter just ordered a cheese quesadilla this evening and it came out with chicken. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. She politely asked after receiving if she could have another without chicken. When they remade it came out with extra chicken and extra jalapeño sauce? They also began to berate her, accusing her of trying to get free food and yelling at her? She just came home balling. I feel strange even typing this. Why would you treat a child like that? Not sure the horribleness you have going on there, but as a fan of Taco Bell, I will never be going this location again. You also should thankful I don’t sue you or come have a chat in person. What if she had an allergy or something!?!? She just likes cheese quesadillas. As an owner, you should be ashamed of your employees and yourself for allowing that kind of behavior.

Went through the drive through 10 min before close. They informed me through laughter, that they were closed. Got really rude response that can't be posted here, and told to just leave. No wonder those employees work at such a garbage place. No standards, no rules, no class! Those employees are headed for a life of disappointment!
