i haven’t ever written a bad review anywhere before but i genuinely thought i was going insane when i saw my food. i got a cheesy gordita crunch, like is this even cooked at all?? you can see my tiny attempt at eating it but i genuinely couldn’t do it. I work in fast food so I’d understand a mistake like this if it was super busy but it genuinely wasnt at all, there was like one car ahead of me and a good number of workers inside. Workers were nice, took a bit to get my order but i didn’t mind, it’s just that the food the gave me just doesn’t look edible at all…

Easily the best and most consistant taco bell in the F-M area. Foods always been good and usually dont have a bunch of ingredients in the wrapper that go all over when you open it and its always fairly fresh from my experience and still quick to serve.Mind you, I am always in right around 12-9pm when I go, not sure about the other shifts.

Ordered from door dash and received the wrong order after waiting for an hour and a half. When I called them I was told they were very busy and was hung up on. The night manager showed no care for the customer and should be fired!!

I have never had a bad experience at this Taco Bell location until last Saturday. I ordered cinnamon twists and tried one when I sat down. They were completely stale, so I brought them up to the counter and the employee wasn't sure what to do and finally told a manager. I told her they were stale. Her response was "These were made fresh this morning." I said they aren't fresh now, plus it's after 1pm. She gave me two new fresh ones which I then tried immediately and these were worse. So, I brought them up to the counter and said these are worse, please try them for yourselves and you'll see. No one said anything....didn't offer a refund, etc. I'm very disappointed in their customer service. (Also, the restaurant smelled of sewer in the ordering area.)
