Went through the drive-thru the person that was in the Drive-Thru was very disrespectful I was trying to tell him what I wanted and he was not friendly at all I didn't want to make a big issue out of it then because I didn't want them to do anything to my food the potatoes was very hard like they were old and they re-dipped them in the grease my two soft tacos the soft taco shells were hard like they were old A little dab of meat with all that tortillas I was just not satisfied at all

I have been a potato Ole loyalist for 30 years, first time I moved away from nd in 2002. I was so sad to find out taco John's isn't a national chain and they didn't have any in the state I moved to. I literally planned trips to go have potato oles with nacho cheese. The churros are also bizzomb dank ? ? try em you won't regret it.

Very rude and unfriendly male worker, when I asked for extra cheese told me he can’t do that because he already put my order in even though I didn’t even pay yet, also pushed my drink out to me through the window where I almost dropped it, not impressed at all!

Like everything its getting expensive. The food was made perfect. So many times one thing or another is messed up. The lobby is closed. Drive thru is the only thing open.
Very unfriendly and rude. I don't think that a person should be doing customer service unless they can be friendly and curtious to their customers. Although the person who made my food was very pleasant.

Grew up in the midwest, we now live in the south where there isnt any Taco John's. When we visit Fargo we like to go here. The food just isnt as good as it used to be, but it's still better than taco bell. Probably wont be making a stop there any more.

At 7 in the morning they say they are out of product so will b a wait. They are the Only taco John's that Stop serving breakfast early and they either open late or close early because they can never find any workers to work. Worst taco johns in fm area
