If you're looking for true authentic tacos in the Fargo area definitely check out this place. Both times I've been here the staff is great the food is great and the prices are reasonable. Good customization options for people who want to avoid certain things. Everything seems fresh and a little bit healthier than your average restaurant with grease on everything. It's a walk up to counter to order. Food was solid, traditional Mexican (not texmex). Service was fast, prices affordable and we were in and out in 20 mins. A solid post mountain bike ride burrito.
I look forward to returning to try more of their delicious food. The staff is also incredibly friendly and my experience at Tacos Trompo was outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Mexican cuisine!
