Kendra at the front was extremely rude. She sat a table before us that arrived way later. The one gentleman in the party was an employee. They jumped the line in front of the 80 people waiting. This group had just walked inside and was dabbing up the employees. Might be a busy Saturday night but a group of a-hole guys budging in front of everyone is ridiculous. Ava our waitress was wonderful ❤️ Kendra and the rest of the host staff need lessons on how to seat people. We don’t mind waiting the hour, but seeing a group of entitled workers walk inside, doesn’t mean the other customers don’t get priority.

We did online waiting list which told us 45 minutes. When we checked in upon our arrival, we were told it would be another 20 minutes, however upon my inquiry after 30 minutes, I was told it would be another 5 or 10 minutes. 25 minutes later I inquired again and was told that I hadn't checked in so they skipped over our names. Very disappointed that we had to wait 1 hour and 25 minutes before we were seated after completing an online waiting list. Not sure we will come back

Our steaks tasted more charred than I have experienced at other Texas Roadhouse restaurants. Everything else was good, but I was disappointed to have a char taste in my filet, which was not cheap.

After not going to Texas Roadhouse for a couple years from bad experiences i decided to try it out again and got sat in Derek’s section. He really went above and beyond for me and my family and will definitely be back from the experience he gave us!

I don't leave this review lightly but here it goes. It seems everytime I go to Texas roadhouse here in Fargo I have a terrible experience and today was no different . Today my parents, my wife, and my friend went out to celebrate my wife and I's birthday (group of 5). When we arrived there it was a 25-35 minute wait which is not a big deal because there's usually always a wait. When we checked in I specially asked for a table to accommodate guests in our group and not a booth. We wait our turn which ended up being 45 minutes and we went back inside. It was so crowded as so many people were waiting inside to be seated and not many people waited in thier cars for a text and there was really no place to stand as there is no waiting room because that got taken over by the to go area. We get told to stand in the corner by the desk and wait as we were on deck. We were treated like an inconvenience at this point by the person taking reservations and we were moved around packed in an entry way like sardines. We then waited another ten minutes and get moved around eventually by the wall waiting to be seated. As we stood there were were getting hit by servers walking with food trays and some servers weren't even paying attention running into some of us. We end up getting brought to our table and it's a booth with a chair at the end of it (keep in mind the chair is in the walkway so again one of us would have to be in the way of everyone walking around). I then reminded the staff that I asked for a table two times when I checked in. They then looked confused and asked will his not work? I said no we needed a table. We then go back to the front where they say we are going to have to wait another 25 minutes. I told the staff about this happening in the past before and how we were treated rudly by staff in the past and we were trying to make a better experience. Our group talked it over and cut our losses and went somewhere else to eat. It wasn't going to be worth the 75 minute wait we would have had to endure.
All in all, The attitude of some of the staff leaves alot to be desired and the function of how things are run does as well. What was supposed to be a fun night out celebrating two people turned into a nightmare. I understand they have a busy time and are in a rush but that is no excuse for poor treatment of guests and not listening to accommodation requests. One of the last times we went there we ran into a similar situation where we were seated again at a booth and not a table and we tried to make it work but people in the group weren't comfortable and it ended up ruining the whole experience. This used to be my favorite place to celebrate my birthday and eat and it is now a last resort and probably will not be back. The food is good but not at the cost of being treated like an inconvenience by staff at a business you are paying to have a good time.

All containers were half full. Beef tips were half order and missing onions and mushrooms. Didn't check till we got home 20 minutes away. Need better quality control.

I have never been disappointed with Texas Roadhouse until today. It was very obvious that the server forgot to put our order in. I didn’t receive my salad and when the “manager” stopped to check on us I as asked for my salad to go thinking our food would be out shortly. Salad to go comes out and about 2 minutes later another salad came out meaning our order was just entered in the system. I get it, accidents happen. The problem I have is the manager didn’t come back to let us know there was a problem. The server only stopped by with a quick, “I’m checking on your food and will give you an update” but we didn’t see her again until she saw cash on the table thinking it was a tip. My issue with all of this, we were ignored pretty much the whole time we were there and NOT ONE TIME did we get an apology. We sat and watched people come and go. The manager could have stopped by with an apology, nope never saw her again after dropping off salad and was actually quite pissy when I asked for it to go. The server was a sweat young lady but never came back to check on us once she realized her mistake. Apologies go a long way and simply owning up to “there was a mix up or mistake” but instead we were ignored for 98% of our visit. I sat with an empty drink for the last 45 minutes we were there, empty glass when our food was FINALLY dropped off and that server couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I wasn’t even mad at this point, it wasn’t until we got our food and NO ONE came to check on us or our food or drinks that I had finally had enough. I’m sharing this to let servers and MANAGERS know that apologies really do mean something, ignoring a situation like this just makes it worse. Any now 3 months later and absolutely no response??? No response?

Texas Roadhouse has always been my favorite restaurant but my experience tonight was horrible. I try ordering a 6 ounce filet and the waitress says “Hold on let me double check to make sure we have some”
Comes back and says “We have two left so you’re good.”
5 minutes later comes back and says “The two were already ordered but I can do an 8 ounce” so I agree to an 8 ounce.
Comes back again saying “No 8 ounces left, but I can do three, 3 ounce mini filets” because that’s one of their platters. So I agree and she comes back AGAIN and says “Sorry we don’t have that either I’ll just get you a sirloin” without asking if I’d rather change my order. I get my food and it’s not great, cold and chewy. Then even after all that hassle I didn’t get any discount or comped meal I just sit there and pay full price after all those complications.

Food was good, same with the customer service. No complaints on that part.
But a couple of servers need deodorant. It ruins the appetite when they keep passing you while eating and you get a whiff of that unpleasant smell. 🤢 one female and one male.
Sorry just had to point it out. ✌🏻

We were seated at a table and it was dirty so I asked the hostess to wipe it down (she was very rude) this is AFTER it was cleaned off.
