The food was good, but their policy of not seating you until the entire party is there should have some exceptions. My kids and i had flowers and gifts for a surprise birthday for my wife. We asked if we could go set them at the table before my wife walked in so she could be surprised at the table vs in the entryway standing with entire crowd. The host said absolutely no way they'd allow that as that is "company policy." It will no longer be a "go to" place for us. You could just as well have robots hosting the way they acted today.

Takeout: Absolutely the driest worst fall off the bone ribs on April 14, 2024. They tasted like ribs left uncovered in a refrigerator overnight and then reheated in a microwave with new slather of barbecue sauce. I bought a full rack of ribs with sweet potato. The sweet potato was delicious. The ribs had to be old and reheated as I don't know how you can cook ribs so dry

Every single time I go to Texas Road House to eat, I unravel the towel napkin and the silverware, ESPECIALLY the Steak Knife is dirty!!!! Every single time!!! It never fails!! It’s so gross!!! Do better! 1 star!! This restaurant is way too busy, in order to get a personal experience. I always leave irritated! They love to push people thru quickly so they can make more money. You are just a number! I hate it so much!

The waitress was super friendly and did an excellent job. We were there by 5:30 and had to wait 35-40 min to be seated. I had steak...tender enough but very salty. Husband's steak was tough. Probably won't be returning.

LOVE Texas Roadhouse!Shrimp appetizers were scrumptious! Mike ordered prime rib, which was excellent.I ordered ribs and a rib eye. Delicious!Second time for a rib/steak combo, so good.Next time just ribs for me as they are so, so good!

Ordered take out and the food was so good! Buns were hot and fresh! Blooming onion was perfect nice and crunchy! I can see why this place is always packed with people! Good job and I will definitely be back!!
